Esduk my money is on Resource Early Stage Mining Opportunities Co. Ltd. They sold a chunk in August 2024 which took them under 3% and at the time we were expecting some good news similar to the current situation . I’m only guessing and as you say we may never find out

I’ll second that Fretblanket, best board I’ve been on. Hardly any ramping and the blatant derampers are met with facts and figures that they attempt to dispute until they run out of steam and disappear. Can’t be doing with the petty arguments that plague many other boards. Long may this continue.

This is not the first time that Crown have called an EGM to extend the deadline for completing its initial business combination. The last time it was extended from 11th August 2024 (way before the LOI was signed with MKA) to 11th May 2025. It appears that they now think it will not be completed before 11th May 2025 but rather than potentially having to keep calling EGMs and extending the deadline a few months at a time they have set the date to the absolute deadline (11th March 2026). From the Latest Filings it states “The Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) has determined that there may not be sufficient time before May 11, 2025 to complete an initial business combination” which says to me probably not by 11th May but they expect it not long after.

An entry for Rome Mozambique B ordinary shares has appeared in my ii account , price and value £0.00. Wonder if we will finally get something?
