Based on the wording seemed things was quite positive at the time. I hope it remains that way. Now that I have gone through this again, I am also intrigued to see if there is any development with the "new projects" that was mentioned.

Some say, no news is good news but I don't know. Would be great if @RICHIEBOY666 can push for an update from the Board.

Agreed Freebuffett, all the LTH here know the deal with PFP, hopefully this year can be a turning point for this org. The key is communication if we get frequent updates at least we can guage the situation and at least feel there is something going on.

Whilst I respect everyones opinion on this BB, have you considered the amount of money Align has put into this. If this was such a bad situation why would they accumulate heavily on something that's in your words "slow and painful death". Of course for a long time things have not been the best but myself and others have always believed in a resolution at some point.

I believe a lot of people are aware of the risks associated here however, seeing this out to the end is the general consensus from what I have gathered from this BB over the last couple of years.

Just a quick one, I have been trying to search online about previous Bilateral Investment Treaty claims to identify potential time scales on how long these things take. From my understanding we are looking anywhere between 8-24 months? Would you say this timeframe is applicable to PFP, or potentially even longer claims?

LTH here. I completely agree with your statement regarding confidence from the major holders especially Richard Jennings. I know a lot of people on here was not a fan of RJ however, he has put his money where his mouth is. I wish he would return to this BB however, highly unlicky considering what happened last time (plenty of hate/flame and trolling).

Unfortunately there was too many people trolling Richard on this forum. I think it was valuable to have him close as we had the ability to query things at the very least.

HI, I am also a LTH. What has shifted your opinion now and made it more powerful for a positive result? Of course we all want this dispute to be wrapped up as soon as possible but could just be history repeating itself. I kinda wish Richieboy666 was here to give us some insight (I know a lot of people are not a fan, but at least we had some form of communication)
