Zumore, the reason I am here now is that I see this as a very good risk v reward opportunity.

Simple.

Not interested at all in all the historic noise. Non shareholders with burdens they cannot shake off. Sad but true, life is too short.

Good luck to those shareholders who also see the potential here. We should hopefully know soon, news is certainly due, either way.

$3M deferred royalty payout agreement: from RNS deal April 2015 below, so actually could be quite soon after commencement: clause (b) applies: note Soma announcement today planning for 225 tons per day, max 400 tpd - so potentially easily in reach with.

A final royalty stream of up to USD1,000,000 will be paid following the payment in full of the First NSR in the form of a 0.5% net smelter return royalty ("Second NSR") payable quarterly on gold production from FPM.

The assets have been held for sale since 2014 and the carrying value is $2.9m at signing.”

I found this part the most revealing:

"Glencore did not admit to the findings but said it would not appeal."

So bottom line "we will simply pay up the $150M and move on " - just shows the level of corruption, probably also means it could be have been even higher....

Agreed, if they ever get the DRC cash it will game on for RRR.

The RNS 12/6/24 was not via Reach, therefore seems likely that Nomad - who is very strict on what can be said - must have been satisfied on the content ie that it is supported by evidence. If a placing was the source of Bells comment then because of the closeness Nomad would have insisted full and complete disclosure.

I accept that Bell has not had a good record in recent years of delivering value, but that can be said of most AIM companies.

As has been pointed out many times most commodity AIM companies have been pretty much sunk in recent years (commodity cycle/ funding difficulties) RRR not excluded but still survives and at these levels could easily be very lucrative. One lucky break RRR becomes an AIM multi-bagger. Gold obviously been the focus.

For the record I’ve only arrived very recently and see very good risk v reward opportunity. Not interested in tittle tattle just the very undervalued assets but a few on here clearly still very aggrieved it seems, from many years back. For health and mental sakes my advice is to move on.

Did someone say you aren’t a shareholder here? And that you have issues with Bell from years ago? Oh well, each to their own, don’t see the point myself, life is too short without peeps beating themselves up.

Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell states: "We strongly believe in the prospectivity of these assets and with a higher gold price, we are now again engaging in third party discussions with a view to a possible listing of the assets on an appropriate venue. We have the backing of major shareholders for our cash commitments under this transaction including the first cash payment of £250,000 due two months after Completion."

BB - I’m fully au fait on the current financial situation, what I’m interested here is the current risk versus reward having recently invested.

There are many past shareholders here who hold onto and continue to air their Bell grudges. I’m not interested in this - I’m interested in making decent money. Timing is everything, most small cap companies like RRR are still on their knees. Gold is the focus here and RRR have potentially very lucrative assets at fire sale values.

Let’s see what happens.

Yes the company has faced large dilution since then but this note is well out of date in many respects. Particularly gold assets with production starting this week at Burlington Faso, gold pushing and probably staying higher, now 100% ownership of RRAL in Australia, RRR acreage adjoining Southern Cross Gold where very lucrative gold exploration results recently announced. Plus other long standing gold licences waiting on cash to develop etc

All for a current market cap of £2.5M.

Yep, been adding here. The risk versus reward cannot be ignored imo with BF production imminent and RRAL update at any time. Both easily company makes in their own right. Plus other attractive assets.

DRC monies entirely discounted but imo it will arrive. Another plus. But even $7.5M or $10M DRC potential payment should pale insignificance once BF get moving with planned and imminent gold production. We know from one of the earlier stock box interviews that there is considerable gold already currently waiting to be processed (the gold which was illegally mined before being removed). So that should kick start.

Going to be interesting. Bell certainly needs a break.

HE1 have many other licences - LB will not be out of a job.....much to do.

Sam Wahab - from this week’s buy sheet - his opening executive summary states:

“The company will now fully evaluate the results from both wells in their Phase II drilling campaign BEFORE carrying out an extended well test (EWT) later this year….”

So that could be the next news from HE1. Possibly an early indication of Itumbula resource from the desk top work currently be worked on. Hope so.

7 month old press comment but still a reminder of how big the opportunity is for HE1.

“At the end of May a competent person's report reckoned that there might be as much as 2.8billion cubic feet of helium at Tai alone, an amount that equates to around half of the current global demand.”

Now add in Itumbula results….

Certainly one to watch, lots of interest. Indication of x5 monies want in, £22M. Sounds like HE1 in early days.

Lots of current news for Helium cos, gaining momentum. Good for a very niche sector. HE1 as first mover advantage in a very good place.
