I have followed RRR for many years unfortunately missed out on that huge rise a few years back. But for me Bell has mostly acquired attractive assets, and fortunately gold ones are now in focus. That’s why I’m here now.

Of course Bells ability (well any CEO for that matter) to execute on its assets is part of the equation when considering investing and yes he has failed to deliver value to shareholders in recent years. That is mostly why the market cap is where it is.

But that does not mean he will never deliver.

So eyes wide open in this investment. Do I think I will make money, yes.

Let’s see.

Aimdog, I see the attraction in the assets, particularly gold, so the risk v reward can still be immense. Execution of any of the assets in play will a significant re-rate. IMO.

Bell will be there by now as mentioned on X he was flying out a few days ago - it is important to note RRR have been invited to attend at fairly short notice; he stated in his interview this week he was fully prepared / let’s hope he finally gets this done - for those interested he hinted at a bigger settlement than he first expected.

There will be some thinking the risk v reward on DRC alone maybe worth taking a position.

FOMO in play today possibly.

As Banbury has confirmed there is clear and public evidence that Soma still recognises the $3M deferred royalty due to RRR. Production restarts after a long period of inactivity at El Limon mine starts this quarter. Royalties won’t start till the new year, but the auditors will like that!

Observation: $3M royalties - that’s more than the whole of the current market cap if RRR.

Add that the risk v reward….

The $3M deferred royalty is also recorded in the accounts of Soma as a payable to RRR; so recognition of the debt owed.

Anyway going to be a very interesting week ahead.

Yes Mikey, but also not forgetting some near term cash - RRR are owed $3M in production royalties - El Limon; Soma has confirmed production will restart this quarter after a long pause. The price of gold makes it attractive to start mining again.

From memory RRR invested back in 2015 - around 5% for £275K, not aware if they have been diluted since.

The deal Glencore made with DRC was before the RRR transaction. So that leaves Glencore potentially on the hook. Bell has always maintained compensation would be persued once the current arbitration is finally put to bed.

But, importantly, last week the Nomad verified this, presumably all "evidence" seen before allowing release.....

"We have had to wait for the result of our arbitration in the DRC but are now told we are about to receive an invitation to a concluding meeting. We are also invited to the DRC for meetings with Governmental parties on another matter and have been approached by a European private sector party about partnership in their project in the DRC which at first glance looks highly prospective."

The risk v reward here in the last 3 months has not materially changed imo. That's why today I added.

Banburyboy, you should really add a caveat, "in my opinion". You must realise by now that not everyone agrees with your view.

In my opinion the risk versus reward is still extremely compelling from around these levels. I added 11.5M this morning. Think it's getting to a very interesting stage for RRR. DRC/BF gold production, New Ballarat Gold and other gold licences.

The RNS last week states re DRC: "we are about to receive an invitation to a concluding meeting....". This morning we are told that meeting is now this week. Some may take the view that RRR will receive $10M, possibly more...

In my view this share price may presents major opportunity. Of course some will disagree, fair enough based on long term performance to date, dilution etc but newcomers might see things very differently.

Let's see - it won't be long either way.
