I don't rate MEI in the same class as ISR proponents - there are hundred MEI's out there and over time rare earths will do a lithium -oversupply and crash. My view is you have to fast track the ISR model like Cobra and BCM - and then after you have made a buck on the upswing if you stay aboard Cobra hope and pray that costs of production is way below conventional open pit and conventional processing routes like MEI and be comfortable you are in Australia with no sovereign risk or tariff barriers like Brazil. Kachin State is supplying over 90 % of the heavy rare earths to China. They are run by warlords who are not happy with the Myanmar junta or China. It's a strange situation not to mention the incredible environmental destruction. So focus on producing a HREE in a country with no sovereign risk at an incredibly low cost if ISR works. Then study all the coastal HM ( Heavy Mineral) deposits of which South Australia is blessed - like all the high grade titanium players in the Eucla Basin (PTR $110 million market cap) apply the same thing they did and as Rupe is doing check the drill core library and there is thousands of sq km of HM in SA of which no one ever assayed for HREE .

Yes we need tonnage and the thicker the accummulations are in the Pidinga the better. I am keen to see if there are any other processes out there where we could bang into a listed company -MTM from zero to hero raised $50 million and about a $400 million market cap - Link Cobra up with a downstream technology as we don't want to be held to ransom by the chop sticks.

All the chit chat aside the BGD deal is a great result - no need to go to shareholders for cash and if Tolmer continues to come up with stunning results the BGD share price and Cobra shares will be worth a lot more than they are today.

However we lack promotion as Rupe and David are aware -we have many -many press articles here about all the REE players -including BCM toting their story as the 'only ISR company outside China' and Cobra never gets a mention. Many -many articles here in Mining News -Stockhead - AFR even in overseas press but noone knows about Cobra. I am doing my bit -have alerted rare earth exchanges but we need some serious press. That will come - at least we are on X .

Because I don't do a lot of trading with UK listed companies I can't offhand remember all the complexities. I saw an article recently from a trading outfit setting out all the difficulties - it was a nightmare. For instance persisting with share certificates when we all did away with share certificates when Adam was a boy -it's all electronic with holding statements --- but if I hold shares in a company listed in the UK they still issue share certificates which are a pain having to keep and mail as well as the security issues.

I would prefer a dual listing like Thor for a variety of reasons. I go way back to when we listed Regency Mines and later Red Rock Resources. Because I was the Managing Director I had to set up a London broking account which was then the most painful experience and even worse now. Many Australians who followed me or who were vendors and received RGM or RRR script gave up -especially if small holdings and never ever sold their shares. Here we can set up a broking account -trade online digitally like everywhere else in the world except the UK having to deal with a broker. Its flying blind -costs the earth to maintain an account a worse still annual costs of LEI. To add insult to injury then frequent identity checks even though one has been trading there for decades. Noone just no one here or anywhere else in the world can comprehend the archaic UK broking system in this day and age. I don't want to have to call up a broker from overseas to get accurate market depth and then have to execute a trade without being able to see all that on my screen without having to talk to an individual. If I recommend Cobra to my associates -all the broking community here or high net worth investors despite registering for overseas trades I can't trade the stock if it's not on CREST . Most people here just give up and as the ASX is now a better market than Canada it's a shame the way the UK stockmarket operates. I maintain an account but it's horribly expensive where here it free and I can buy and sell in seconds with a click of my mouse.

Hi Shipwreck . Rupe and David finally convinced me the ISR story was real and I have been very supportive for some time . Cobra is on track to attract a major partner - I sold a lot of Cobra and invested in some gold producers which are up significantly but I still hold some Cobra .

If I could finish the tunnel to the bank I would buy more Cobra.

I have also set up ISR Metals and pegging thousands of sq km of palaeodrainage systems in the same formations as Cobra. I expect Cobra will be ten times its current price soon - it's a frenzy out there for magnet metals. Cheers mate

And why are billionaires calling me up who were previously hot for lithium -because the reality is battery metals including REE have collapsed but that seems to have escaped your notice still banging on about REE . Read the announcement _ Rupe is going over historical exploration results but that's academic anyway because if you really did some serious research you would realise that U is over $100 lb and 22 countries signed up at COP to fast track nuclear. You bet -it's all from left field - but I have never seen the fundamentals for uranium like this in my 86 years . And the palaeos there look mighty promising. Tight capital -not many shares on issue- in South Australia a big U province - this can really fly. If U goes to $150 lb hang on to your hat.
