Don't tell lies or I will sue you for defamation -I have absolutely no connection with Andromeda and am fully supportive of Rupert Verco. I am simply making it known that in my opinion Cobra needs to change tack to lithium. Just in the past week I have about five lithium stocks that have increased in price by 50 -150 %.

It's the board of Cobras call but I won't resile from making my opinion known because our current project doesn't cut the mustard by any measure in terms of gold or REE.

yes and it's an exciting tin province . the wudinna ground has excellent tin potential as does the wilcherry area where tyranna proved high grade near surface. i can't do everything at 85 but stay tuned -it still might happen. the south australian mines dept are very excited about the potential and given the geopolitical situation in myanmar and the critical role tins plays in the world now the gawler craton is about as good as it gets for aust to reduce its reliance on countries with high sovereign risk.

tyranna though have vacated south australia -have an exciting lithium project in angola -and guess what sinomine investing $31 million . with co**** grain spodumene they can upgrade to 6% li2o fetching $5000 a tonne and probably now on its way back to $8,000 why bother with tin ! and that's why cobr should embrace dso lithium and dms for beneficiation -as elon musk said it's a licence to print money .

I will tell you why I am negative about the gold project . Firstly we had a small but high grade resource -in parts -which looked a beauty if we could prove up million ozs and it became a stand alone project with its own CIL plant.

Years later after extensive drill programs we have found nothing apart from one high grade intersection at Clarke.

Its not proving up and I don't care how you spin it you will have a very long beard before we ever see a mineable gold resource at Wudinna.

I thought Alliance might light the area up with their resource at Wilcherry near by - Ian Gandle took it private and several years ago was going to put a small pit and plant into operation. Now they are not listed I have no idea of progress -I can't see any news items -I presume after all the years of exciting press nothing has happened at Wilcherry either. Can the two resources roughly the same size be combined -maybe but still not big enough to justify a 2 mtpa CIL plant.

I own shares in some great gold stocks here -you know why -at least in WA we get gold projects established and operating -like CMM at Karlawinda where I have hundreds of sq km adjacent. South Australia is a great mining State don't get me wrong but I have been waiting 30-40 years to see the next successful gold mine in the Gawler Craton but it never happens and based on our latest drill results it 'aint going to happen any time soon with Cobra.

For your information Fairview I hold about 4.5 million shares in the company and took up warrants at 2p. As for putting the boot in I am doing you a favour -its time the Walrus said to take on a lithium project and get the share price moving.

You can waffle on all you like but I have my finger on the pulse of REE and Wudinna has a snow flakes chance in hell of being developed given the long -long list of projects that are far superior in grade. I will guarantee noone on this forum is across the Gascoyne province and the stunning hard rock discoveries in that area -and most of them will never see the light of day either -for the simple reason we now over 200 high grade clay and hard rock resources and common sense dictates that only a handful will be developed. My money is on lithium and everyone who knows anything about what is happening out there agrees with Cobra needs to change tack and acquire a lithium project.

Things change buddy and the fact is since we recognised the REE potential at Wudinna no less than about fifty companies in Australia have discovered high grade REE resources -most many times the grade at Wudinna. MEI in Brazil is a classic example which I held and sold for significant profit. We are flogging a dead horse with the REE grades at Wudinna.

In terms of gold many years later we don't have a mineable resource and the latest drill results no matter how you try to spin are shocking - complete dusters.

You can sit here and keep hoping -keep dreaming but not this little black duck -I only back winners and COBR urgently needs to secure a new project.

Gold results are shocking - and there are hundreds of clay hosted REE plays -many with ten times the grade we have at Wudinna. It's time management found another project . We should be moving into lithium -look at VSR today up 137 % -happy days. Thats never going to happen at Wudinna.

Rupe is a top operator -no problems there - but you can't make a silk purse out of a pigs ear. I was responsible for recommending we take on Wudinna but fact is it's not what we all expected . Time to find a good lithium project.

Callum Baxter of GGP is a classic example. He was our consulting geologist when we listed RRR in 2005. Many years later he punched some holes down at Havieron - and the rest is history. Or like Hemi in the Pilbara - 9 million ozs and counting when we all said a major gold mine in the Pilbara was not likely based on a hundred plus years of exploration. Personally I think the Kelly's area is very prospective -and Nicole is boots on the ground and exploring -that's what it is about cobber. It's all about exploring what appears to be prospective ground and Lady Luck

You don't develop mining projects as a private individual -that's why we list companies on stock exchanges . I was the founder of COBR on LSE . I just bought some great lithium acreage in the Pilbara but it will be destined for a listed company too. Besides at 85 mate it's getting a bit hot out there :-)

And I was lining up for a milestone payment on the agreement I have with THR :-) Oh well after reading that pleasantly surprised to see Peregrine Gold the company I listed on ASX report up to 4000 oz /tonne (130 Kg ) of gold in rock samples at Peninsula . I was the vendor of all the tenements to THR which I named Ragged Range . Mick Billing took note of my research on the Kelly’s area and Nicole has embraced the concept and implemented an aggressive exploration program.

Nicole is a brilliant geologist – if anyone can come up with a major discovery she will -unlike so many companies THR under her guidance is a genuine explorer -not a Mickey Mouse lifestyle company.

This also looks mighty interesting along strike to the north with E 46/1367 - additional ground I pegged and sold to QXR.

I predict a significant copper /gold discovery possible in the Boobina porphyry !

Its all about lithium not uranium - I positioned THR at Split Rock in the Split Rock Supersuite and now QXR . No guarantees but if LCT pegmatites both companies will take off on ASX. As for the UK not sure investors understand what is happening with lithium in the Pilbara .

Be interesting to revisit the 60,000 tin samples or whatever it was to see what other elements were in the XRF results. Wilcherry is immediately adjacent to Wudinna.

The midnight pegging is limited these days to small Prospecting Licences ! On the stroke of 12 midnight the race was on - These days its mostly Exploration Licences lodged online.

The tin is hosted in iron skarns -- I cant post most descriptions on here as very limited forum but the link below basically sets out the tin potential which in my opinion with tin ant record prices is being neglected.

Hi Portfolio Power We don't drive pegs in the ground anymore for Exploration Licences -all done on my computer and with my tenement administrators. Check out DMIRS in Western Australia. Its all online now around the world.

Spot on -I have just pegged another large Exploration Licence at West Tanami - see PVW Resources and Killi Resources on ASX with their TREO plays where I have pegged adjacent. Have a look at PVW grades - basically an unconformity on the contact of the Pargee Sandstone.
But you have highlighted South East China muscovite and biotitic granite intrusives - which just happen to be in abundance on the ground I just pegged -and pegmatites - but thus far I don't think anyone knows the extent or if LCT. Nor do I think they have thought too much about ionic settings.
Now back to the Hiltaba Granite Suites at Wudinna - I am so busy but perhaps you might like to research the Hiltaba Suite -they are very extensive in the Gawler Craton and to answer the gentleman who asked about tin - the GSSA in South Australia has done extensive work on tin in the Hiltaba -and there is historical high grade tin near surface in the AGS tenements immediately adjacent to Wudinna. But we will leave the tin for another day now -if as this develops we can get a market capitalisation of several hundred million dollars I will just settle for rare earths :-)

Great to see everyone happy -when I conceived the formation and listing of COBR it was lithium and then we ended up with Wudinna and gold -rare earths wasn't on our radar screen.
Looks like a great REE play developing if Putin doesn't spoil the party.
By way of market capitalisation which is my guiding light Australian Rare Earths with Koppamurra an ionic clay resource also in South Australia has a market cap of AUD$ 92 million -with roughly the same average grade as we have thus far at Wudinna.
Then we have Ionic Rare Earths another ASX listed ionic rare earths company with Makuutu in Uganda now with a market
cap of AUD $ 191 million . No doubt they are getting some good grades lately up around 1200 ppm but sovereign risk !
COBR could at least triple in the next 6-12 months and there are a lot of the highly prospective granite suites so I would expect everyone is going to be a lot more happier -including myself as it all unfolds. And then there is the gold -and don't forget the tin :-)
