Additionally, there has been no demonstration of the software (classification is not an acceptable excuse).

As a taxpayer, I must say I would be concerned if any AI software contracts were awarded to this company, especially given that the government recently agreed a £1.5 billion AI software partnership with Palantir, who have software ready to do much of what ALRT are claiming to do.

But again, I won't be entirely negative, there's possible opportunity there as Lord NH has connections to some influential staff at Palantir.

This company looks like it’s been set up mainly to line the pockets of its directors, who’ve jumped on every passing investment buzz; crypto, esports, and now AI and defence. With probably less than £4 million in cash and no acquisitions announced, they haven’t got the money to buy anything meaningful without another raise. And realistically, given how short a time they’ve been around, you'd be foolish to thine they’ve built any genuinely groundbreaking AI products in house.

The only thing giving this outfit a shred of credibility is Lord NH, which opens the door to dealing with some of the most cronyistic government departments out there.

From last month's trading update, looks like they'll need another placing in the not too distant future, doubtful they'll raise at 50p again

I'm not too familiar with takeover rules but surely even with their 60% stake, there must be rules to prevent them voting through a resolution to purchase the remaining 40% at say closing price today plus 5%? Personally I would hope for £40 a share

They've been increasing their position since April 22. Except most recently a small reduction, less than 0.5%. Reasons unknown
