Hi guys lots on my mind at the moment ( the wife says she can smell wood burning ) but its nice to put in an appearance............ Task hardly getting any where on F/X at the moment its really up and down and so hard to get into any trends...... I am currently long on GJpy with a TP at 139.745 It could take a while if it goes its been ranging for the last 7 days but now showing hope of breaking north

M the B i see Gold took a breather but now up again and hovering at current resistance looks like its going to stuck there for a few days .

GS Shares i know i ask for any ideas then bottle out from buying in but all ideas are welcome ..my NG are in the red but i live in hope

Hard luck Task is it a full dig up of all the screed or is it just taking out a section?. If its a section a couple of products would work. No latex required, try Ardex Ardurapid A 45 mix with water goes of fairly fast and can go fairly deep or balls feather finish a smother finish but takes a long time to go off. failing that yep its a whole screed.

Made a massive error on GU yesterday got the wrong position size got 5 standard lots in stead of .5 and i was £369 down in split second .. got out with £39 loss on that trade. That messed my head up for the rest of the day !! so now i am back on micros Ive had two TP on the GU and one TP on JU on BE on the NU in the NU again short .. they are all doing well but micro s !!

Hi Matt the B my thoughts on gold are that whilst there talk of second waves etc it will keep on going up for the foreseeable future... Your news fundamentals are really important here . keep an eye on vaccine news, when one is discovered i suspect that gold will start to turn down.
I wouldn't do any harm to take some profit off the table now and let the rest run ?

Hi guys looks like we have all got a lot on and being distracted from our trading ... I've had one decent trade Task on the AU this week but cant seem right now to get the time to study the markets....
FCI have gone over to MT5 and I've spent some time on the phone with queries!

Hi guys over the weekend having nothing much else to do, so trawled through my last years data on F/X.

Made 21 .8 % on the year . The gains came mainly through forex pairs and the most successful strategy was swing trading ... I didn't do anywhere near as well on commodities and indices.... scalps brought in some profits but on the whole the longer term holds worked better for me ....Now this year I have got some catching up to do but if i can get into some trends on bigger position sizes hopefully I will be smiling again.... good luck all

Got a sell limit trigger at 6 am this morning on the EU . Just got on the market to look and am totally underwater and on the wrong side of it.. Dam going to have to sit through the draw down now for who knows how long

Could be a nice topping pattern forming here Task the only thing going against it are the MA's are still going up ... saying that we could still capture some down side to some key levals

Hi Task yes its very difficult to become consistently profitable . I was profitable last year my swings seemed to work well but currently this year iv got a 4% draw down across my F/ X accounts but its not likely to get beyond 5%. Hopefully by the year end it will be at least 5%. up However It has been a weird. year hasn't it ? . The Covid has messed with my head for sure

I log all my trades in an Excel spreadsheet and check my totals and percentages monthly. I do this on all my accounts wins, losses, swaps, commissions everything. Its the way for me to see how i am doing .
I am also trialling different set - ups on demos to see if i can better results but it takes 6 months of data at least to see how things are working out. How about you how are you doing ?

Hi Gs four of the old favourites there... I sold my AV for a small profit
.. I set a buy order for Rolls Royce last night but it didn't get filled opened up too high . Just trading F/X at the moment.. Yes food wise the Morrison boxes came with DPD but you get a time slot and all packed up with iced gel bags

Hi Task yes i did i got two targets on the NU but it was really difficult as it going sideways . Just watching the hourly I had to sit and watch it all the time, fortunately i got the first one on a TP in the early hours of Tuesday AM
Im back in it short again now the last three 4 hourly candles have posted lower highs ive got a target of 121 010 although i might bail on it if i t starts going silly as the daily is looking quite bullish ....... Ive lost track of the EJ Ill check it out
