Hi Task its getting a bit better so can spend half an hour on the old trading machine .

So looks like you got to a really good start last night. Ive not looked at F/X yet ..... but i ve bought into Boho on the drop around 11.30 ish time............. Got in at 3.49 inc fees so I am hoping for some profit . I know booho has some wild swings, so will watch it carefully.. Cant find any other shares to get in at the right price at the mo ... where is GS ?

off my computer and away from charts . So not looked at silver
Did however sell out all my HICL shares at a really good top just before 4.30 close so a good way to end the week Look at daily chart .......
It getting harder to find decent entry points on shares but hopefully will find some next week Gl all

Had some wins today sold my foxtons on the rise for decent profit. I've come back out of 888at B/E for now might go in with a bigger stake if it drops more .

..I've been running a 10 point bet on Lloyds on IG and got a decent profit on the interest rate staying the same news this afternoon so sold out .... I will Leav my P/F wad to run in hope of dividend reinstatement ... My F/X funds transferred to shares achieved 13% profit in January so was very happy with that.

Unilever always a good longterm hold......Saga needs fairweather sailing and as long as it doesn't get lost from Dorset straights and ends up being hit by a hurricane in the Bering sea should be ok...

Ive pulled a ham string muscle on the same leg as my sciatica leg and in lots of pain so not on computer but laying on bed . not trading at moment but hopefully il feel better soon........... keep the forecast coming guys ... I missed out on "On the beech " so watching Tui any thoughts guys on that Gs Task charts etc.......... Time for more painkillers yuk

I've been on my shares this morning and sold all my BATM at 110 a nice rise this morning on Rns and a nice profit. I was going to hold for more reward but the gap up generally gets closed after a few days, so i took it whilst its there

Hi GS ive sold my Melrose shares into that rise of 7% rise 2.35 ish I made 1.5 % profit inc costs not what i wanted but something blue today .

2 Yes i know that , its always difficult to get a read of what's being thought by someone on a one way conversation and no offence meant in any way.
3 No I don't think a bear market is imminent a first quarter correction maybe ?
4 Was Woodford a really bad guy? Yes he was as he kept taking millions of pounds of fees daily after he had closed the funds
until he drained most of what was left. Investors had no access to their funds and couldn't do anything to stop him, how low could you get, he continued to live the high life. He froze 3..7 BN of 300 000 of investors money Currently i am part of a group suing Woodford and link for compensation. time will tell

Yer Task you are right i was going off on one but GS for every chart you find. I or somebody else could pull up a chart saying something completely opposite.
There are always people forecasting downturns and bear markets etc and at some point they will be right ... much the same as others are forecasting a bullish recovery.... People brains are like sponges the more they hear something the more chance there is of people believing it. Herd mentality kicks in which creates a wave of fear or euphoria and the possibility of it coming true increases.

Ok who would you have rather trusted a few years back me or Neil Woodford. Well i am guessing it would be Neil Woodford............ Ok who would you trust more right now Me or Neil Woodford. It would be me as we all know that Woodford screwed everybody over and they lost tons of money..

Do we all remember Edwina Curie........ and her egg salmonella scare . What chaos ensued, nobody ate eggs for months and literally hundreds of egg farmers went bankrupt and the whole thing was a nonsense..

I guess what i am trying to say is think very carefully about what you hear and what you repeat. try and take an evidenced and balanced view of what you see and hear (Yikes Look at Trump, opened his mouth once to often and insurrection ensued )

I never take any notice of what the independent says they are always sensationalising.

Plus, how do you know that Blackrock are not just setting us all up for them to take a big short. There are always doom and gloom mongers and predictors coming up with one reason or another to manipulate investors and traders for their own gain.

My advice is have some money invested, some money in cash, some in another currency and some in metals.

What ever happens people will profit from it, if Blackrock starts selling some of its holdings people will be shorting them along with them.
As soon as they get to a level where they are cheap people will jump on them and buy them back. Nothing really ever changes in the market its just a place where money is made and lost....

OK i wont bang on too long when oil wen net zero, who do you think really benefited from that, well me for one i jumped on it and went long. and so did ever other trader and fund in the F X world.
What do you think happened the price shot up and kept on going up people made tons of money out of it and the Saudis and other oil producers got it back up to a sustainable price .

HI GS we are in good company then with MRO, pity to see it drop later though.

I thought the FTSE had found support but ended the day with a spinning top which shows indecision. Let see what the futures does with the FTSE over night. If it opens up positive tomorrow we should get another push up on MRO.

Once the Americans get those $1400 free money cheques some of it should end up in the market. It should push the all US indices upwards and hopeful it will drag the FTSE with it
