I said I thought there would be a buyout not a give away.It was 18p when he had nothing, hardly likely to be sold for 10p.If you buy some land for 10 million then spend 5 million laying foundations what's it worth? Well nothing to farmer but a fortune to a builder.Melody have built a foundation but now they are hanging around waiting for goodness knows what.They can't afford the A listers or the cost of promotion so they promote by giving away freebies.Its time to move on and let the builders on to the land.All IMO.
