Well 2 out of 4 isn’t bad Themis.Mvr Just wasn’t registering with anyone.Whether a buyout or reverse take over it was obvious Mvr needed help.AM has now accepted I was right.

So pleased I have wound you up Ferriscc.So didn't your pal tell you what he was going to do.Well basically it's an admission by Mvr that they were not up to it and they needed the skills of Napster to progress further.Good move I say.Unfortunately the price everyone pays is that they have sit on there hands till November whether they like it or not.Hopefully some deadwood in the Mvr board will move on.I think some guessed that Mvr had given up on 2020 what with Covid and 5G.Lucky for me I reduced my exposure to this monotonous share that was going nowhere on its own.Since AM keeps you so well informed Ferrisc perhaps you can brief us all on how it all works.All of above just my opinion.

Hard to assess this really.
My gut feeling is that this is good in the long term but very bad in the short term.Could be that when the shares open up again the shares will drop but the acquisition of Napster may add value to a potential buyer.I could be wide of the mark here but if I am right I may be piling more in to this in November.All the above just an opinion.Tough if you want to cash some shares though.

Not sure about the Spotify thing But I share your wish about the buyout.Somehow though with the delay of 5G the buyout may just be put off till 2021.That is alas the kiss of death for the share price.If Mvr are going it alone for another year then expect on share issue after another.Unless of course Melidy start creating performances of merit and possibly not keep giving them away.All Imo as always.

It mentions 3D as well.Mvr is not 3D it’s 360 VR I do wish they would some shots in 180 3D.
