How do you figure that out. It was a delayed buy because of the size of the trade and very obviously a buy., even though it showed as a sell because the mid price had moved up in between.

If anything, it shows a lot of confidence and will more than likely encourage others to follow suit.

In fact, we have had a couple of buys since then and the share price has risen further. Now up 13.51%

Delayed buy of 1m shares just gone through....

The Gyromon System is a monitoring system for mechanical equipment which includes rotating shafts, consisting of a central control box containing an embedded PC and between one and eight remote connection boxes communicating by Ethernet. Each connection box is equipped with a Digital Signal Processor and may be connected to a range of sensors for different measurements.

The system is capable of digitally monitoring radial shaft vibrations in two axes, actual radial shaft displacement, torsional vibrations, shaft speed, and torque.

The system may be used independently of external communications, when two levels of warnings may be given for any parameters which move over preset limits. There are warning, and alarm lamps on the control box for these two levels, supplemented by internal relays which can be used for audio alarms, or shutdown signals for a control system.

Warnings alert engineering personnel to parameter values over limits. Detailed information relating to the alert can be seen by interrogating the system with a laptop, logging on via the internet, or intranet, or by using an optional, installed touch screen.

Used in conjunction with external communications the control box can be connected via an externally accessible waterproof Ethernet socket.

Information is logged to a database which is stored on removable media.

You should try doing some research instead of coming out with bland statements which you can't back up.

You clearly have sold any shares you held here if you are so sure it is going to drop further.

According to the information released via RNS's, Gunsynd invested £425k in HHDL back in March 2015. Not sure where the UKOG share price will end up today on the back of what I consider to be good news, but at the current mid price, our original investment in HHDL is now worth £530k, plus we have received £50k in cash from UKOG.

So 'risk', please tell me how we have lost money on the investment.

A little bit of patience is required here. We await the publication of the Prospectus and the GM on the 27th November to authorise the allotment of the additional shares.

The directors hold significant shares in the company, currently circa 34%, but this will drop when the new shares are listed. However, we will then have a major private shareholder in the form of Mike Joseph who will hold 25.8% of the shares.

As we have seen, it doesn't take much to move the share price and I am sure we will have further positive news on the Comarco investment once the regulatory hurdles are cleared.

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) announces that Horse Hill Developments Ltd ("HHDL"), a UKOG subsidiary company and the operator of the HH-1 Kimmeridge Limestone and conventional Portland Sandstone oil discovery, has informed the Company that total oil production from the 2018 EWT has reached 13,920 barrels ("bbl") approximately 2.21 million litres, with gross oil sales revenues of approximately US$1.1 million.
