Further to the announcement of 7 May 2019, the Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR) announce that yesterday they made a further principal and interest to date repayment of £250,000 on the remaining temporary loan facility provided by Bridge Properties (Arena Central) Limited ("BPAC"). The total amount now outstanding is principal of £396,602.54.



At the same time, Energia del Sur, S.A. ("EdS") has now repaid in full the outstanding loan interest (US $137,000) and associated fees (US $157,000) owed to Rurelec Project Finance Limited ("RPFL").

Yes, there is still the possibility that the AfriAg(Pty)Ltd investment could be sold to fund the additional £700k.

kitlow - good to have you on-board. Most of the directors have significant stakes here and some at significantly higher averages.

Do you have any idea of the recent revenues/profits for Comarco? So far, I have been unable to find any financial data on the company.

kitlow - interesting that they have put your second trade through the NEX Exchange.

To add to your comments below, a LTH put in close to £1m to fund the Comarco transaction, and in my view, he would not have done that without some considerable insight into where the company was heading.
