Yes, it is a bit confusing, but my understanding is that once AfriAg remit the next phase of the investment, being £700k, then that would facilitate an RTO. AfriAg's investment would be worth circa £2.5m assuming Apollon's £40m valuation.

That's what I take it to be. Can't decide whether DL will sell our stake in AfriAg(Pty)Ltd to fund the further investment in Apollon or raise the money. It would appear that some investors like the plan and are willing to advance the funds.

The question is, do the existing businesses fit in to the plan?

AfriAg Global Plc undertakes first £300,000 official investment in Apollon Formularies, Ltd., representing 0.71% of Apollon’s share capital, which has a significant interest in one of Jamaica’s leading Federally Licenced medical cannabis companies, Apollon Formularies Jamaica, Ltd (“Apollon”).

Apollon plans to open its first revenue generating federally licenced Retail (Therapeutic) Medical Cannabis Dispensary and State-of-the-Art Processing Facilityby month end, which will be the only such dispensary and Processing Facility in Negril, Jamaica.

AfriAg Global PLC, a company whose shares are admitted to trading on London’s NEX Exchange and one of the few companies listed in London and Europe authorised to invest in the legal medical cannabis sector, is pleased to announce it has today undertaken its first £300,000 investment in Apollon Formularies Ltd as part of a multi-stage investment strategy in Apollon Formularies Ltd.

The full terms of this multi-stage Apollon Formularies Ltd investment plan have been previously announced to the market in May, 2019.

David Lenigas, AfriAg’s Chairman, commented:

“AfriAg has contractually agreed to invest £1m into Apollon Formularies Ltd in two tranches to earn up to 2.34 per cent. of Apollon. Today’s announcement sees the investment of tranche 1, with tranche 2 being made subject to shareholder approval expected at a general meeting of AfriAg shareholders planned for 19 June 2019. AfriAg and Apollon Formularies Ltd are totally focused on opening Apollon’s federally licensed operations in Jamaica this month, which is to include its first revenue generating Retail (Therapeutic) Medical Cannabis Dispensary and a State-of-the-Art Processing Facility These facilities are both located in the Negril, Jamaica, area, making it now both an idyllic destination for tourists and persons seeking medical cannabis treatment”

Apollon is a Federally Licensed vertically integrated medical cannabis company operating in Jamaica. Its Retail (Therapeutic) Medical Cannabis Dispensary will be located at Doc’s Place wellness center at 42 One Love Drive in Negril, Jamaica, which is owned and operated by Doc’s Place International, Inc., an entity that Apollon Formularies Ltd has the right to acquire. Apollon offers a full suite of medical cannabis pharmaceutical products developed in its cultivation, processing and manufacturing facilities. Doc’s Place offers an all-inclusive, wellness resort that through its affiliation with Apollon is able to accommodate medical cannabis care and treatment involving Licensed Medical Doctors and other healthcare professionals.

The results must be imminent with the MM's increasing the offer price.

Interesting....they have increased the offer price and I can't see any trades to support it. Possible news inbound hopefully.

I see the MM's are moving the price up on small trades. Results are due very shortly.

I don't think there are that many shares available at the current share price, plus directors and LTH's hold a significant chunk at significantly higher prices.

There should be news shortly from Comarco on the Mozambique contract and the half year report from AAAP is due in July.

Great to see decent volumes going through. The acquisition of the Oyster assets should add material value to Gunsynd's net assets as they have been written down significantly due to the collapse of the Oyster share price.

Can see a continued increase in the share price in advance of the meeting on Friday.

Next Monday could be very good for shareholders when Gunsynd confirm the acquisition of the the Oyster assets.

Hi risk, no I haven't spoken to HH. I am sure he knows more than most about the Oyster assets given the amount of money he invested in the company so I am hopeful plans are well advanced.

The vote on Friday to approve the release of the assets to Gunsynd and their partner will hopefully be the catalyst for a news release next Monday.

Meanwhile, the Human Brands IPO gets ever closer.

Hi risk - not really sure what Hamish will do, but I believe he has quite a few options. I don't think BTHL are core to the plans, so he may sell those assets and use the funds to retain a decent stake in Oyster. He clearly sees a lot of potential in the Oyster asset given the funds that were invested there originally.

Human Brands should also IPO this year, and he may add further funds to that investment.

Either way, the company has cash in the bank following the sale of the UKOG shares and we shouldn't have long to wait for further updates.
