Thanks YP that's a useful article. It states that the use of Dox is limited by it's cardio toxicity. If only there was a drug that could remove that risk. It would increase its use and therefore the TAM. I hope we can find one soon.

Hi Ice, any change to your case study predictions, in the light of the science and results since you did it? I'm in the north of $20 billion camp at this stage. Assuming 6103 works as well as we think and they can control the safety profile. I can't really find a way to value the platform though so that is just the first two drugs.

Ritchie, I am in exactly the same boat as you. My time frame is somewhere between now and end of 2027 but most probably 2H2026 to 1H2027 for T/O. I can wait as I think that is when the science will have most value for various reasons mostly proof of brilliant efficacy and an excellent safety profile for 6103 in human data as well as the first drug being near commercialisation and various patent cliffs getting ever nearer.

He says "efficacy in both indications" not terribly helpful when there are three. But as CC said they weren't focussing on STS because of an improved PFS elsewhere using just Dox, so I took that to mean no point us financing that for the time being and therefore "both indications" meant TNBC. Typical Avacta clear as mud at times, why can't they be explicit?

Mmmm maybe. You could be right. I thought that myself initially. Still Dox is Dox and we know it works well in breast cancer so I expect good results in that setting too. He also says" increasingly durable responses" in SGC no standard of care, so that bodes well for the PFS in that which I am guessing has still not yet been reached.

Yes I'm sure. I'm not interested in what Touk posts. I don't see his posts and have no interest in the content thereof. They continue to fund TNBC and there is efficacy in that too. A lot more money in that indication with a treatable population of 136,000. CC said with the first two drugs they could be treating one million people each year. That's an awful big TAM. The idea this won't multi-bag from here is risible in my opinion.

I agree. It's obvious there's something up with this indication for sometime. It's not included in the broad news but gets slipped in here and there where I guess they feel they have let us know it hasn't been dropped and it is still in clinic,. But why isn't it being treated in the same way as the other two indications? If they had to finish the trials with the current cohort but weren't going to pursue it beyond those patients surely they would have said? Somethings brewing and has been for a while. The next twelve months is going to be epic. The next 24 months more so.

I know there are lots of differing views expressed on this board. I have never had any doubts about the science and no amount of FUD or anything else will dissuade me from that. I've researched until the cows come home and this is a game changer. It's exquisitely targeting the TME in a way nothing else does, so whatever warhead you attach to it, be it immunological, chemo, MMAE whatever it's going to be safer and more efficacious. This period is the darkest hour until the cash runway becomes clear, but imo it will become clear and it probably won't be dilutative. We have Richard Hughes as a NED now, expert in raising cash and we're not far from signing deals, certainly within a year, probably within 9 months. Problem is cash runaway is only 6-9 months. That is a relatively small problem to solve for someone like him. Sounds like, as expected, 6k works in TNBC, what a shocker who would've thought it? CLN is also not really a lot of money. Good things on the way.

There will be an RNS at the end of the month with a quarterly update. All this back and to is rather pointless. If there are people with whom you vehemently disagree who keep posting what you consider to be nonsense you have three choices, ignore, filter or engage. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. I personally have chosen to filter mainly because I tried engagement and found the views of the people I filtered to make no logical sense to me, as in my opinion their opinions were based on faulty logic. Here this morning I get the gist that someone is talking about the reduced half life of Dox in 6k. There is no logical or factual basis for that whatsoever. You have a choice; ignore, filter, engage. In my opinion when you engage with that earnestly and honestly it's doomed to failure. You're trying to reason with an unreasonable person, whose opinions are not on predicated upon the facts, and no amount of pointing to the facts is going to change minds. When you do that frustration with the illogical position grows and then this board becomes an unhealthy place and all we see is traded insults, personal attacks, it degrades the board and moves it away from its intended purpose.

The agenda of these people is not relevant or of consequence. Their positions/opinions are simply not credible, no amount of facts or reasoning however well intentioned is going to change that. It will drive you crazy, you will get nowhere.

Look at Wyndrum's continual 'logic', the SP is down therefore the science isn't up to much etc, etc (he even claims he doesn't know much about the science) Correlation is not evidence of causation. This opinion is a well known logical fallacy, and yet he sticks to it like a religious zealot.

In all this time has he once moved from a totally incoherent, illogical well known logical fallacy? Do you think if you engage him he will change?

I don't personally approve of the insults but I do believe in freedom of speech.

Can we move on to the purpose of the board and stick to stuff relevant to Avacta? If you don't like the perpetual negativity of certain posters I think there is very strong evidence that engagement is pretty pointless which leaves ignore or filter.
