George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
"it's ticking up on every small buy which means there's no shares around" - Yes, it means there is an incredibly low liquidity due to lack of interest, generally not a good sign
"a placing seems increasingly unlikely - funding from some source, either a strategic investor in the green hydrogen or a green finance grant seems likely" - Haven't people said this through the last placing(s)? We can only speculate, I'd be interested to know what gives you such confidence though, am I missing something?
Actions speak louder than words.
Seriously though, 54 people listened to the last podcast with Ed Meade, I don't think it makes a difference, but it is nice to have for shareholders.
"Think we’re at a turning point here and really can see this start to move soon" - Um, you might want to check the last couple years of this board to see how many other people said the same thing.
I'll be sitting back and waiting for something material change before I change my mind.
I'm not trying to belittle anyone.
I'm merely saying that one small purchase (compared to daily amounts traded on the AIM) does not indicate anything regarding future price action!
If it was a director purchase or a hedge fund maybe I'd think differently.
"If that £8,000 buy was to turn out well timed" - It's currently one 1 trade against the knowledge that the company is going to bankrupt itself shortly unless something changes VERY quickly.
I'm not against you, I have a small investment, but this is certainly not good justification to invest more.
All in my opinion, no hard feelings. 🙂
My current holding is irrelevant.
It sounds like you've reached the conclusion "someone will make money here eventually" already, and are scratching at evidence to back that up.
I'm just making the point, you have speculated like many others before you, and they have almost all lost money, as Oracle has almost always moved down.
If there was news that fantastic, wouldn't the share price move up?
Once the Proposed JV is in place, Oracle intends to fund its share of exploration and development costs in order to maintain its 20% interest in the potential prospect.
I wonder how it wants to fund this... Or rather, how it's going to fund it...
Eagerly awaiting the yearly accounts on companies house.
IMO a reverse split is desperately needed, share price is way too low for many institutions and even private investors to bat an eyelid.
Um...
That would be great news about gold prices in 2024...
If Oracle/RGL can sell some gold in 2024
IF
That would mean making revenue though, so I'm not sure that's a great idea, I'd much rather dilute the stock further. *Sarcasm*
