Quarter of a million shares bought at 8.40 this a.m. @£2.37. I was looking at buying some around the same time and was offered at 2.35 for 6k. This really looks very dodgy. Harwood seems to be very bust today maybe his purchase

Harwood shifting some shares into their off shore account? About three and a half million. Getting a bit worried about the Reeves budget I would imagine, especially if the shares do actually double again

It could be but with 40% founder ownership its going to have to be a very big offer. JPMorgan (spit) have been playing this. They had over 11% in January. They have been selling all year and are possibly completely out now. At the same time they have been shorting all year. It is a common practice amongst certain institutions. Its as old as the hills . Some say it helps control falling prices. Most be invest because they are interested in the companies. There is no doubt this is a great business to my mind. They had two specific unfortunate hits that were not in their control. Great opportunity for shorters, but there only appear to be 2, which isnt bad but for the fact that one was a holder. The banks were all shorting their own stock in the crash you could say with insider information. I think a few junior managers were used as scape goats but of course the main culprits are enjoying their knighthoods and fabulous pensions.

Anyway I digress . The short of it is I am long and doubled up this morning. Its a gamble because I have no idea what game is being played here but keep an eye out for JP buying back their position

Stuart Gall (formerly CEO of Ultrasound sold in March to Swedish science) has been appointed as divisional CEO of Medical Imaging. That is a massive statement of intent about probable spinoff and IPO. That alone could double the market cap. That’s a fact not a pipe dream . Market has been slow to catch up

I have become more than a little cynical about the Bains/Harwood group. The way the share price has been engineered here, its looking more promising than the others, on the basis that it has been more clattered, but actually seems the more urgent to succeed in the severity of monitoring the best outcome for patients of expensive operations, must be an update tomorrow surely, although not shy of keeping outsiders in the dark. 28,000 transplants a year in US. 100,000 world wide.

All talk and no action as usual. The price always seems to tank after a presentation. Waffle,waffle ,waffle. Go get some real business. What we want nigel is for you to go and get some sort of revenue and stop buttering up beleaguered small share holders to empty any loose change they may have left so that you can gift warrants and options to the chosen few This is a crap investment so far full stop.

The forecast was for record revenue. They have not said anything to the contrary so presumably that still stands.

So the yearly cash burn is about £1.2 million if that was the 2024 balance. They have most of the last raise of £1.75 million left minus 3 months spend . Today’s balance possibly £1.4 million following. Next raise due around April 2026 I should think.

Hope you are correct. It’s certainly seems we have been in a vice like controlled boundary of £2.2-2.3. Looks pretty clear to me that they had a 1 off hit with Bodycare but the roll out with some of their bigger customers should more than compensate in time. Great interview with Paul Scott clarified many concerns. Not my usual stock pick, but looks like a decent opportunity at this price.

Anyone’s guess with Barrington. There have been half year reports in September, beginning, middle, end, October, even July. Just whenever one pops out of her head!

Early birds catch the worms! Interview at 7.15 on Vox with the two Steve’s already done and dusted as usual. Well done to Paul at Vox. This a core holding for me . There is nothing else out there quite like it. There is always plenty of work to be done, but the main point being they continue to grow and have next years business in the bag with just 10 percent to add. 2027 is also at a record 50 percent full. Frustration with Magnetica FDA approval, but inching ever closer to cross the line hopefully by H2. Adaptix also being further adapted to include Knee and shoulder X-rays. Generally wowing the industry with revenue set to double next year. Love their hunger and positivity.

It’s the first time Nigel’s train wreck has been top rider in its glorious 12 year history transforming from an oily explorer to drug improver with no revenues for ten years. It’s a fantastic achievement, never matched before or since. Yes of course there will be another placing or maybe the recent backers will cough up some or very generous warrants on this news.
