Hello, the MM's paid a premium for that 14m sell and didn't even bother delaying it. That shows they have even larger buy orders to fill, otherwise they it would have been a discount to the bid and delayed 1 hour so as not to discourage buyers.

Uncrossing Trade. Means there was an auction and shares were exchanged at that price. If this takes place at close then most platforms tend to take that as the closing price instead of the mid-price.

No there are no guarantees whatsoever there is lithium there, just because they are near some places where there are lithium. Based on that logic all surfaces of the world would have lithium (the area next to the area next to the area next to and so on). Look at AGQ for example - they recently (and I unfortunately was a holder) did some drilling in a known lithium area in mexico and got nowt.

Lets not forget BNR has yet to find a single grain of lithium, hence why it's cheap. Also the fact that the BOD like to throw away shareholders cash on random investments with no specified exit strategy.

It's looking like warrant holders (the ones that expire in December) are going to be faced with the choice of exercising blind with the hope that the shareprice comes back above 60p, or letting them expire. By the way my broker (Equiniti) is still saying it's 80p to exercise the options in the 'corporate action' messages - anyone else been told this?

oilmagnet, There's a word document on google that explains it all. Despite the snazzy website (for Xantus) full of bold statements, it appears to be some amateurish one-man-band type of operation. No details of the work being done by 'Xantus' using BNR shareholders' money has ever been provided. BNR have done their money on those investments imo hence the rush to raise new funds and take stakes elsewhere. BNR have done their money imo.

Lets remember they raised over half the market cap in cash recently at 0.5p - only 5% below the current bid price, and have some real quality silver assets in the background as well. So (rhetorical question) how much is priced in currently for lithium??
