Glib, the US ones on which the company has been promising 'a 300-500bopd short-term target' for about a year but seems stuck around 100bopd.
The reason this has been falling is due to the the facts of the present replacing the hype of the past.
Last November/December when this was in spitting distance of 1p, Mayan was going to have an 8% effective interest in PQE and its US assets were going to be producing 300-500bopd within months at little cost.
Now the real facts are emerging - actually Mayan have to keep buying more leases in order to increase their production, and MYN only has a 1.4% indirect interest in PQE.
This contrast between reality and expectation (driven by the companies own statements) is why the SP is falling.

Pragmatism, what effect you think that 26% increase in PQE should be have on MYN? If they had a direct interest and there was enough liquidity it could be worth around £150k or around 0.01p on the shareprice, however they don't have a direct interest - it's via Deloro which is not tradeable.

Fact is the indirect interest in PQE is a minor sideshow for MYN - it's the rest of the company's assets that are dragging this down and their PQE interest is nowhere near enough to offset them.

What do you think Mayan's 17.1% interest in Deloro should be valued at Pragmantism?

Not sure why most people are focused on Kabwe. Surely Glenover is the company maker here?

Downside is limited to 1.4p, upside has no such limit.
Looking at the sort of production numbers the Glenover JV partner is projecting we are talking about going to pluto never mind the moon.

I have never mentioned the % that MYN may own in Block - that % is irrelevant to the calculation. I calculated the number of shares MYN will own in Block. I don't understand what you're missing here. �90k of the �300k invested was at a price of 0.85p, the other �210k will be at a price of 3.6p (listing price - 10%).

Orslega, you posted this yourself earlier. There was a �90k investment at 0.85p as well as the �210 CLN. �90k invested at 0.85p is .... 10.6m shares. orslega, lets say you own 1m shares in MYN and this afternoon they annouce a 1B share placing. How many shares will you own this afternoon? Yes, still 1m - the dilution has no effect on the number of shares you hold. Likewise with Mayan's holding in Block.

There were no percentages involved in my calculations orslega, just the number of shares. So dilution makes no difference.
