The last placing used up the authorisation but there are ways and means e.g. a placing can be agreed and voted on at an EGM, which would be a formality when insiders hold 50% of the stock.

Just listened to the other podcast from 20/4 (https://total-market-solutions.com/2020/04/20/emmerson-plc-3/) and the CEO mentions that potash producers are usually valued on a 9-10x multiple of EBITDA.
EBITDA of Khemmiset is at least $230M according to the scoping study (think it was mentioned this could be increased in the FS but can't find the link). So that means EML value should be at least $2B when in production. Let's say they borrow $300M (which is higher than expected), the market cap i.e. subtracting the debt should be £1.4B with a shareprice of £2. Yes they might raise more equity, so lets knock 20% off and say £1.80.
So why on earth is this still lingering around 4p, around 2% of that expected value 12-18 months from now? 98% is quite a discount!
Hopefully the FS will be the catalyst to start moving up in anticipation.

Is there any chance you mistook what was said about the ESIA for the FS bluepalace? The ESIA he mentioned June specifically.

Yes you would think the sp would anticipate the FS to some extent and so trend up despite it potentially being 4-5 weeks away.

Was that in the interview on this website bluepalace, or the other one? I only watched the one on here and don't recall anything other than 'H1'.

Well there's been no stock available to buy at 3.4p since late yesterday afternoon, so not sure what's going on there. All these trades going through must be sells which tends to suggests a background buy order rather than a seller?

There will be a steady stream of news in H2 which should help keep the shareprice on the upward path. Progress on financing or offtake agreements would be especially well received I would have thought. ESIA or whatever its called is also very important, which is due June/July according to the recent interview on here.

Is there any update on the mining licence? Can't be long now surely?
