What is the background to the December 22, 2025, RNS from MobilityOne (MBO) concerning Sincere Acres Sdn Bhd and the winding up of Hati? Given that Hati's debt predates its association with M1 Malaysia, how might this news affect MBO's share price? thanks

Clear Capital Markets, GEX Initiation of Coverage Note:

"We initiate coverage with a BUY rating and target price of 46p per share (Core NAV: £76.5m risked) representing 5x current levels. This conservative framework deliberately excludes £407m of risked exploration NAV, anchoring value to Mt Kitty (£47.8m; 30% WI in proven 9% helium / 11.5% hydrogen system with near-term re-entry) and Hussar Phase 1 (£34.4m; 100% WI with secured Harlequin drilling funding). Helium pricing is conservatively assumed at $350/mcf - less than half the $700/mcf Hussar scoping study assumption and well below $900/mcf+ spot prices—embedding significant upside without requiring market tightness."

So if we add to the above 46p valuation, a further £407m (244.7p) of risked exploration NAV and $700/mcf Helium pricing instead of $350/mcf, that could imply a valuation around 581p.

i.e. {46 + [(407 / 76.5) x 46] } x (700 / 350) = 581

Contrary to any negative speculation, our application was not rejected. Instead, our subsidiary, M1 Tech, strategically withdrew the application to proactively address the FCA's request for more detailed feedback on our business plan.

SEC Form 8-K is a "current report" that public companies file to announce significant, unscheduled events or corporate changes to shareholders. The last 8-K was filed six days after the voting on August 20, 2025 (filed August 26, 2025). Therefore, based on this timeline, we can anticipate the next 8-K to be filed by Thursday, February 26, 2026 and RNS on Friday, February 27, 2026.

The share price may be heading towards filling the gap created on February 18th, between 0.5 and 0.67.

0.76 is the key level (200ma) closing below not a good sign. Need news to move up :-(

86KB: Trust me buddy, once news regarding the financial resolution is announced, the share price will quickly ascend to its true value of 2-3 pence. We saw a similar surge in January 2026 when their financial situation was last resolved.

Janiax: I'm hoping that once the financial situation is resolved, whether through a raise or a non-dilutive fundraising method, the share price will surge to 2-3 pence. The J&J contract extension is a significant achievement; the only remaining hurdle appears to be the financing. This is my current understanding, though I acknowledge I could be mistaken.

Cricket81: It won't happen until the finances are sorted out.

86KB: I respect your views, but like I said, in my view, and I could be wrong, the share price won't break through to 2 or 3p until the funding is secured. I'm confident the company will achieve a better funding arrangement, and that will be the catalyst for a significant price increase

Roger65: I expect the company to announce a funding arrangement in the near future. I have faith in the management's ability to negotiate a deal that is favorable to shareholders. This is my current view, although I acknowledge I could be wrong.
