I'm new to this share but been doing some research and it's taken my interest, especially as the price tumbles. Struggling to find firm indicators about the dividend. Can anyone more in the know here enlighten me as to how likely a future dividend might be? thanks

Went to Coppa Club Tower Bridge the other week. Backed up the management's eye for a great location. Food was good. The service on the other hand wasn't good which was disappointing, and reading through google reviews for this site it appears to be an issue. I work for company which supplies materials to all the major national housebuilders. The forward books across the HBs are very strong and they are reporting that new home sales demand is undeterred, despite the headlines about inflation/house prices/cost of living etc. Taylor Wimpey, from our perspective anyway, are continuing to progress with their site sales

Yes they will in my opinion. Will possibly take longer than this year to get back to the recent highs but it's a solid company that has faced many of these current issues before and is in a market which, as time shows, just will not significantly drop off. Dividends are very good and Barratt has plenty of cover for them. No need to panic over the next few months, they will return

If the product had BBA certification, manufacturers specification, and NHBC sign-off, then seems harsh to lump it on the HBs.

For years now the house builders have been a must have. The demand is not stopping, new competition threat is low and the government will continue to support new buyers, and therefore these juggernauts too. Lots of land in the bank for PSN, great dividend pay-outs and strong Q1+Q2 results. I have added more in this usual lull period and look forward to the log-term rewards.

Just bought in yesterday to this share and admittedly I was looking for a bit of a punt with some left over cash from selling other stock. However, the more I read about the background to VARE and their growth strategy the more confident I feel that this has good long-term potential. Willing to ride out any fluctuations this summer for progress later on

I am holding at average of 3p. I've written off it reaching that level in the short-term with anything related to masks. I have considered cutting my loss but as my holding is relatively small I'm backing the other ventures to bring it up over the long-term, mainly the Citrus Greening Trial which has potential. I would only sell if there is another spike based on mask rumour orders that takes us close to 3p but not banking on it, just pure speculation now for me.

Seem in-line with expectations. Taking a long-term view I feel Countryside is well placed with good cash management and can only see the PRS demand increasing over the next few years. Short-term bumps for all housebuilders in 2021 but CSP has the right product and area mix to make gains and I'd expect a good rise in SP in the long term

Jumped out to take a very nice profit. It's been a bumpy year so for me it's a case of take it now. However I will watch MCS going forward as it is still an attractive proposition. Should there be a fall over a difficult winter then I'd certainly consider buying back in

I think the problem is not seeing the disconnect between news snippets and investor value. Great news for the employees to read on the canteen notice board does not translate into SP improvements and hasn't at any point in the last 6 months. It's misleading

Yep this been turning more stale for some time. It's either deluded or just irresponsible of those on here who keep posting crumbs of comfort with snippets of news about this project and that. This forum should be used to wise up and help potential investors about investments like Kier.

Courtier - I would not feel regretful about buying in at 80p, unless you were after a very fast profit.
The demand for the MacCarthy & Stone product is only going to grow over the next 12 months + and the business is well placed to take advantage of this. I would not check the daily price too often but if you can sit on this until next year there's a lot to suggest the price will be well above 80p by then in my opinion

Kier looks like it is poorly placed to take advantage of the proposed government spending, it really can't afford to take on more debt to quickly gear itself up for major infrastructure outlined by the governments recovery strategy. Unfortunately I can see the SP settling again back down to the 60-70p range by next week and it will stay there fluctuating for some time. This is not a quick earner in my opinion, a very long game at best
