The prospects for ANGS are now amazing.

- Cash pile built up

- Reduced rates on new loan terms due any time now

- All debt consolidated in one improved loan

- Looks like £7m per quarter potential revenue at current gas price

- Gas expected to rise to 150p (£3m per quarter further upside)

- New well likely to be drilled this year with significant potential

- Debt will be paid down easily with excess cash to fund M&A activity

- Very low coast base now that the board room is empty

All I can see is a monumental rerating immediately upon suspension being lifted.

Let’s assume they ONLY manage 2.5m per day. At current gas prices that is around £7m revenue per quarter, before the new well drilled. Yes read it again, £7m!!! Open much reduced as are admin costs so this will put a huge amount in the bank on top of current cash pile. £30m TOTAL debt will be easily serviced and surplus cash bearing in mind the lower interest rate.

For sure the terms will be better. Expecting minimum 1% pa reduction. Good that we have under 30m total debt, they will be able to pay that down quite quickly whilst also building the bank balance for acquisitions.

That’s not nice rookie. I always give reasons and balance. You have to agree, things are not looking very good here, vis a vis the daydreamers hopes.

Just looking at the last deal and the failed P3 so expect £10m could be about right. That would be sufficient to see them through to 2030 and hopefully royalties. I’ll be selling out immediately on announcement as it will spike then inevitable drift for the next few years.

These are my thoughts.

I think most likely the only deal will come from Avion. Maybe £5-10m up front and balance on royalties from sales in 2030.

I think a market cap of £150m is reasonable. Once all this ambiguity (that mira & hits are seeing) it is feasible to think that ANGS will become a very attractive takeover target.

Just look at the production levels last 2 days and this is very early days and from 2 wells only. I am wondering if we might see production doubling ? Looks like it is possible. Do you want me to do the maths on that for you Mirasol & Hits? I think we will see more than 1p on relist opening and then a swift rerate once all of this is confirmed.

Cannot wait, very exciting and rewarding times ahead for us. It’s just a shame that bubbles still has some shares, we wouldn’t really want to see him benefitting.
