It was very unfortunate, he completely lost his mind in the space of 2 days and was banned. He has created two new profiles and at least one of those banned. The other has to be careful to disassociate. I think Popeye, his closest friend, can update you.

Bottom line is that it is important to be decent on these boards.

They haven’t defaulted Hits. Good to see the production numbers and still to be optimised. Hopefully they will reveal the extent of their cash pile in the next update, it must be substantial given the income over the last 12 months and the workover being the only major expense. I think estimates were £1-2m from some folk? I am wondering if they are planning to fund the acquisition in Gulf of America purely through cash and refinance the total of all debts (under £30m) in one new improved rate loan with the current lender.

I have decided to no longer use the platform due to the ongoing abuse and harassment aimed at me since the first week in January. Whilst it has been eradicated, it isn’t sitting well with me especially as it moved to disgusting comments about my late mother. Also conscious that you don’t need to be reading it all when you are here to discuss your IMM investment.

I’d like to apologise for the ‘spamming’ and to try and assure everyone that I was the one being attacked constantly, purely for my contrarian views on IMM. All the policing, post removal and banning were clearly solely the responsibilities of LSE moderation team and, I guess, reflect the seriousness of what was happening.

Thanks for the debate and also for the support of those who sent me messages. Wish all holders every success with IMM and hope that we get the long overdue good news soon enough. I might pop back in on D-Day to see who has claimed the prize of the most accurate price prediction on a deal.

@msuk.int I’ve said before that I have never followed or understood charts. Can I ask, from your experience, what approx % of the time do chart predictions come right? Also are they better for any type of stock and time period?

Nettles you didn’t really have to explain the patent issue. There is no patent and I would expect one until 2027/28. Could be wrong on that timeline.

Can we get back to Nettles post and see if he / she will give us more information on it. I am so hopeful of a 20p+ valuation and that information, if true, could deliver that.

@MrRSoul yeah maybe Japanese, not Chinese. I just copy pasted the post I have saved and it showed this when representing the icon symbol. Of course it is not offensive (I certainly hope my iPad hasn’t put a symbol that is offensive, that’s not me).
