Screams to me that Allenby are in to do a raise/placing which in the case here is good news as will still be operating on the market and hopefully continue to grow. Sure Allenby we’re involved in the CPX raise last year also so lots of similarities with its position and here (CpX went on a large jump up before coming back down) let’s see what happens!

As mentioned yesterday the JDA is the interesting factor here as that becomes full blown contractual partnership towards commercialisation. If listing out the potential partnerships of the big 10 for this from the interview you could be looking at a pick of :

2x europe - Electrolux, siemens, Bosch

1x NA - whirlpool

1x SE Asia - Samsung, Lg, Panasonic

If you start to sign agreements with above can see the trajectory of the company becoming significant over next period of time.

Agree Kwota.. think something will happen here (though not sure which way!) and it won’t just fall away quietly

Read this announcement and feel it sounds particularly strong - cash flow break even this year which says sales forecast look half decent, LOI (fair enough but of paper l) but the JDA is the more interesting part - almost speaking out that they are close to agreement on this. I get there has been the “jam tomorrow” previously but can only look whats in front and that (to me) sounds very positive for a growth story. Good luck all involved

Not sure this is the level of partnership (org size wise) I would expect to be in discussions with.. plus if was a real contender to future revenue projections in any business surely you would act swiftly and have control over it rather than see how it plays out..

Beckhams and esports/gaming business is nothing to do with Cass now as was sold off.. pure shell now which Brian as director will look to RTO I’m expecting

What I also find very odd is the second paragraph talking of

- draft documentation - LOI/HoT

- fees potentially discussed with option to buy

- party to continue DD

Know not privy to conversations however if negotiating terms etc and DD is ongoing why would you release this now and not push for a definitive answer.. it’s also as if they feel Jan 25 is a lifetime ago.. interesting to see how this plays out over coming weeks

It’s what makes me thinks will go back up.. wouldn’t surprise me if find someone starts increasing stake/ buying stake over next few days (a bit like Cpx did)

Reading the news my own view is seems a bit half hearted.. as in I’m not so sure they think it will ever happen/strategic partner may well pounce on it.. not sure of history but by sounds of it have decent product and having potential partners you don’t really struggle for funding .. wouldn’t be surprised to see this back up but just my take.. hope so for long term holders especially

Depends how you look at it.. even if it’s a lifestyle company versus those named you are still looking at 200-800% rise to equal their market caps so even as that is still opportunity in my mind.. I would also say there is always room for new business to attempt to find new opportunities

Think the DCB beckham piece is all but gone here now - good thing was they got hit of cash and rid of all liabilities , brand new main market shell which will look for opportunities

Think this interesting as if you look at Brian’s other involvements as director etc they all seem to have market caps around 5m plus so would expect similar here .. plus looks like has ties with some interesting investors etc like bixby so could be interesting business play moving forward so might just be time thing

Has anyone mentioned which banks they think could be or any hunches? Only reason I ask I that when you look at One of the non exs/board advisors they have strong ties with Coventry building society (who recently purchased co-op) and I always wonder where the relationships begin in these conversations.. just a theory and could be way off also!

I think there is just a bit of history between certain posters who maybe have bashed each other’s shares (Matd?) previously rather than anything else .. get folk are heavily invested in certain shares but would be good to all be on same side ( we should all be looking to make something from our investments so are on the same side!)

I’d said their mistake yesterday has increased drop today (to be expected form those that bought it based on what they believed) but the comment that Akers was buying majority of the shares .. why even say that? You know that can’t be true with trading volume over past few weeks. Again profit getting better at posting the paragraph starting every line is painful to read.. you could always go use ai to help too.

It may well do especially with usa backdrop on anything AI but for someone holding longer term think might be interesting play and wouldn’t be worrying.. I’m starting to catch up with some posts here and get feeling there’s some tit for tat going on here rather than anything of actual feeling toward this particular share also.

Gravy, I’d say your viewpoint basically summarises why these shares drop so significantly after a rise, some 40% down yes but it’s only been two weeks.. if your worried in that timeframe then I’d suggest those haven’t bought into long term investment and are looking for the quick buck..
