Sometimes, in the past, I was saying in jokes that SXX may fall to 10p... My jaw is open now.

They are trying to scare us with next AGM and Resolutions 7&8, which were also present last year as well and? Nothing bad happened. Just one good placing to get money for starting a new money making business.

Derampers are trying to convince us that HNR is running out of money and that they may need to do the placing for staff wages.
With expanding sales from US and UK combined this is getting more and more unlikely.

After that they are now completely out of any other reasonable arguments.

Future is bright.

Al87 - here we are going to get our money back. Business expands sales every day. Outdoor crops harvest in Autumn. Indoor harvests all year round. And OTC soon.

To be honest guys we are lucky that we have learned our 'investment' lessons in this company as we are going to get our money back.

You can't say that about many many other companies listed on LSE and beyond.

To become good and successful investor - there is no way to avoid this stage of painful learning as we had here. Although here fate is merciful for us, as in the end this company succeeded and is going to finally reward us for our pain and sweat.

In future you will never make the same mistakes as you have made here and you will think 100 times before investing in any other company.

After good news SP drops almost 7% on a tiny volume.

This is just to easy for them. Money making machine.

If they have some serious contracts on fall open - they can easily afford to sell few shares with a loss and at the same time to make 100 more by CFD, SpreadBet.

Moving to OTC was a brilliant strategic move, which should finally end this game for them once and for all.

Actulally I hope that SP will stay that low until AGM so BOD will get hard 'motivation incentive' from shareholders so thrre will be no bonus for RP and BOD will be far more motivated for serious recovery.

Actually BOD is doing really good now, although it's not going to hurt to to get them 'additional motivation ;)

Clearly LSE is in depression and is not valuing many companies as they deserve.
Instead they prefer to artificialy pump companies gold companies like Centamin as they think that gold will save them.

To be honest our undervalued premium quality organic hemp HNR's business is a much better choice these days :)))

Thank God US is not in depression and they will know very well how to value premium quality organic hemp business.

SKIN was a basket case last year before Gerald Brandon took over. He is paid in shares and has also put his own money into the business to turn it around. Yes they had a fund raise earler this year, which cleared all their debts and liabilities and wa also used to purchase another company. Revenue increase 400% and that growth in continuing. They have signed deals with 4 of the top ten cosmetic companies in the world (US/EU) Not in profit yet but expected to be EBITDA positive by year end. The share price has reacted accordingly. The nice thing about SKIN is that the CEO regularly posts on the BB putting trolls in their place.
So the deal is pukka between HNR and SKIN. CBD is a growing market.

On todays news: HNR have a quality controlled environment that grows a very specific hemp plant. It is not just a case where we can work with any of the 113 hemp varieties, and indeed the risk of cross contamination with male/female seeds mean that hemp can just as easily beome a cannabis plant, if not managed. So we have to find a source of plant that meets requirements of EMA and FDA regulatory bodies if we are to bring CBD that is absorbed into human skin to the market in STOER skin care and Wound pHase wound care products. Also if we prove a claim, we prove it with the active pharmaceutical ingredients that are approved by the regulatory authorities. That is why we entered into the agreement with Highlands Natural Resources.
