RE: Mcap below £9mln (8.83M) Congratualtions ;) You did it ;)1 Aug 2019 10:52
Previous financial year was bad mostly because oil wells were delayed until January. Also plenty of one-off, non repeatable costs.
Current SP is conveniently ignoring all the progress that was made since April onwards - which is really significant. Huge and rapid progress with Hemp business.
1st indoor harvest done or finishing + outdoor hemp crops already grwoing.
Money are growing.
Sales forecasts also look very positive.
These numbers are really real and achievable:
CBD:
Estimated wholesale prices are $3 per gram of CBD.
WHOLESALE:
30,000 x 12 = 360,000? (grams of CBD) x $3 = $1,080,000
40,000 x 30 = 1,200,000(grams of CBD) x $3 = $3,600,000
TOTAL INCOME: $4,680,000
Now the BEST CASE SCENARIO FOR THIS YEAR 2019 ONLY:
'''Estimated wholesale prices are $3 per gram although the *****Board believes sales made direct to retail channels could be at a premium of over ***** 5 TIMES THIS******or more'''
DIRECT SALES (US & UK shops + 2 x websites + leafyquick.com):
$4,680,000 x 5 = $23,400,000 - TOTAL INCOME
SEEDS:
And some figures for Seeds:
10,000 plants (greenhouse) x 3 seasons x 500 seeds = 15,000,000.00 (YES 15 milion seeds !) - in ONE YEAR ONLY!!!
WORST CASE SCENARIO:
15,000,000.00 x $0.50 (per seed) = $7,500,000
BEST CASE SCENARIO:
15,000,000.00 x $1 (per seed) = $15,000,000
+
ED:
June figures for ED - COGCC:
Oil sold 57184, x 0.075 = 4289 HNR barrels. x $59 average oil price June = $ 253,051 - state tax 20% = $ 202,440 oil
Gas sold 130,180 x 0.075 = 9764 HNR mcf x $2.3 average wholesale gas price June. = $22,457 -state tax $17965 gas 202,440 + 17965 = $ 220,405 for HNR
and don’t forget we have to - 7.5% operating cost.
SO hardly anything bad or disastrous as market suggests.
As said before US investors are going to be delighted. Current HNR's SP is going to be a total bargain for them. They know very well that Hemp businesses of this type are valued far higher in US and Canada, sometimes over $100 mln. Anyone can check that with simmilar hemp companies.
Tick-tock. In the time of writing this post HNR's organic hemp both indoor and outdoor is growing nice ;)
