Scancell founder says the company is ready to commercialise novel medicines to counteract cancer. Watch the video here.
chrishutch - this is how they make money by mugging scared investors into selling with loss so they can buy shares from them and got 100% guaranteed profit with 0 risk.
Unfortunately small companies are prone to such games.
chrishutch - this is call panic. And these new derampers here know more what is going on, than they are telling us!!!
Now I know who to blame for Brexit! it's HNR's fault!!!
''Nick has advised companies on the UK capital markets for over 20 years. He has worked for several well known investment banks and stockbrokers, including Cazenove, Arbuthnot, Cenkos and Cantor Fitzgerald, holding senior roles at a number of them.
He has extensive financial advisory and corporate broking transaction experience and, with a particular focus on oil & gas, Nick has worked on several cross border transactions in many parts of the world. Prior to joining Highlands, he was the company’s corporate finance adviser for four years and assisted in many of the company’s fundraisings and corporate transactions.
Nick is based in the UK and, in addition to his duties as Finance Director and Company Secretary, will also support the ongoing development of the Company’s investor relations strategy.
Nick began his career by qualifing and practicing as a solicitor with Gouldens and he holds a masters in law from Oxford University. He also stood for parliament in 2017.''
So don't worry 'to much' ;)
In situations like this I'm happy that I'm 'just' a small investor in the end ;)
I can't even imagine what people like C. R. Lynas feels now...
Or Shraders family with their 10p entry.
Or HopefulDave...
At least we know that they must be pressing BOD really hard. Because of their 'Administrative expenses' and I am pretty sure that next year 'Administrative expenses' are going to be much lower!!! :)))
This drop is only because of their 'Administrative expenses'. As hemp business was delivered really well. Ok some other projects like Water Reosurces should have been progressed at least a little or those damn Nitrogen sales.
And I was thinking it was safe to ramp it below 10p ;) Amazing !!!
My poor money... at least for now ;)
BOD need to show us some good sales figures and better accelerate those Nitrogen sales fast :)))
JJAL - can you explain then why somone like: FD Nick Tulloch. He's ex-MD of Cantor Fitzgerald. Oxford Uni graduate. 20yrs in financial services with likes of Schroeder's/Cazenove. He had dozens of opportunities but he chose to join HNR as sees the huge potential in their CBD business. - why he joined this 'dodgy'(according to you) company? Why he is 'risking' his good name and career in HNR? :)
Maniacs - they are still shorting it even at these levels xD
Just you wait for sales figures and for dual listing on OTC and LSE. US investors are not going to let this stay at £11 mln mcap for to long ;)
JJAL - admit it. It is time to start making money on this share by its growth and not shorting anymore ;)
So stop deramping and start ramping ;)
Time for deramping this share is gone.
JJAL - you are ignoring facts and forgetting that even at wholesale prices they would make a nice profit. And we all know that they have went for at least 5x that, by selling directly.
Sales from:
36 shops + 2 websites + LeafyQuick, a specialist CBD retail that offers same day delivery to the Chicago area (2 milion potential customers) + Ox Distributing, *******the Company's distribution partner, has also recently indicated its plans to bring Chill products to stores in Texas. *********In addition, Zoetic products will very shortly be on sale in the UK, initially on our own website and thereafter in stores.''*****
Moreeeee shops to come :)))
JJAL, Fredr - scaring here people will not work any more, as anyone who was about to sell already did that ;) And about new buyers - only big boys will effect now - not small investors anymore. And big boys will come once sells of HNR products escalates.
The reason they are moving to OTC is mostly becuase sometimes you would like your efforts to be appreciated. Instead of constant beating. Company did really well in the last few months, although LSE market prefers to ignore that completely.
There is no need for any further dilution as sales are escalating.

I'm trying to find on Google any other examples of British companies listed here on LSE listing on OTC market as well, but can't find so far.
Anyone here know such examples?
HNR is simply fed up with constant slaughter here on LSE and they are moving to OTC where they most likely will be appreciated as established professional Organic Hemp company - which US investors values far higher than british :)))
BOD had to take some further actions towards SP recovery, as LSE is simply not appreciating this company to say the least ;)
And another thing how big is US and how big is UK ;)
Good thinking. Great move BOD.
Listing on OTC market is a proof that they are really serious about SP recovery now.
About time.
In US or Canada other companies of this type (hemp farmers + CBD sellers ) are priced in hundreds of millions $. But not here on LSE !!!
This is really good strategic move towards SP recovery.
Guys we are not the only shareholders that are pressurizing BOD about SP. They are finally serious about SP recovery.
JJAL - answers to some of your questions :)
'So if he can’t sell natural gas, what makes you think he can sell natural weeds ?' - because it's easier to sell something tangible, something that people want, which tastes good and makes you feel great ;)?
'Do you really think revenue is going to be that great in the next few months to avoid another placing ?' - YES :)
JJAL - it is a mystery for me as well why they are not selling that damn nitrogen by now:
''In the meantime, we continue to explore avenues for third party sales of our nitrogen gas in Kansas in conjunction with a local partner. It would be unrealistic to anticipate any revenues from this activity to be significant in the short term but, noting the costs of our Kansas operation, we are in a position to offer very attractive prices to potential purchasers whilst still achieving a high margin.''
No brainer - no idea why no sells of nitrogen so far. It would be extreamlly positive once achieved.
Al87 - ' I assume one way or another that equates to further dilution or otherwise devaluing of our shares?' - nothing like that will happen. And here is confirmation of that:
''We will announce further details as we work through the process but our current target is to complete the listing towards the end of the summer. Listing on the OTC will have no impact on the existing listing of our ordinary shares in London.''
There is no need for any further dilution as sales are escalating.

Al87 - you will get your money back if you are really invested here ;)
And in the meantime when you are all moaning - guess what :)? Organic premium quality hemp is growing nice :))))
This is not a scam, with any debts, company like Carillion, FlyBe, Interserve, Debenhams, etc (list is quite long). Or likes of AST, ANGS or Lionsgold xD
Products are real, hemp is real, oil is real and all assets are real :) and everything is getting better and better every day in a rapid way.
Al87 you are right some people were ramping this company to early - when it was above 30p-20p range it was not appropriate back then. But now common - it is easy to see that this will give some good returns in the near to longer future. Future is bright . Get some premium CBD oil with your meal and Chill out ;)
Once on OTC market.
US investors are not going to wait for UK to catch up ;)
They know very well that Hemp and CBD businesses are valued in hundreds of millions :))))))
And yes what is the size of US comparing to UK? How many more potential investors ;)? Exactly :)))))
NubaNuba - I'm reposting this especially for you :)))

Milions of potential customers in US and UK combined.
Yes they will have a lot of problems selling their premium quality Organic CBD products ;) To be honest they are going to be out of stock soon and maybe they will even announce that in RNS ;) We are waiting now for update for Zoetic and Chill sales. And it is going to be really good :))))
