I've spent over 17 months of my life on a cruise ship (45 cruises from 3 nights to 45 nights i'm told) and loved every single one bar one a Costa,We've met people from all four corners and now have cruise friends from all over the world,Each to their own i say but your description "little England" couldn't be further from the truth you try explaining to a little old lady from Mongolia that you don't know the Queen,I'll stick to different ships,different people,different places and you stick to Benidorm.

I'm a diamond+ member with Royal and have done most of the other lines too and i see the biggest problem not just getting back on board but where will these ships sail to?......Which country/island will want to open their doors to 4000+ people from all four corners of the world?,So we get off and spend the day in port then what,testing us again is all well and good but what happens then if we test positive on our return to the ship,then what?.....Will we be allowed to return to the ship or put off in the port then what,how do we get home?....
Questions questions questions.......
Where will they cruise to?
How will they test people 4000+ getting on off a ship?
How will crew rotate?
How will theses ships ever sell non-balcony rooms EVER again?
In short the cruise industry will never return to normal IMHO not in my lifetime anyways......
