Agree re Ccc, but they will have to sell at a loss as once this comes in so 3.20 5 mins later will 1.50 that will be a loss, Zorbas wont be able to recover this to his floor of £45 within the next 6 months, when hes had years already to achieve that, me been super negative here but I am sick the back teeth of the man, hes just being deluded in his valuations again, or me its me who is deluded!!
