So I mentioned during the week that Ccc would need to sell about 900K shares continually on a daily basis for 6 months to divest all the shares, so this week the amounts that have been sold have actually equated to more than 5m so could of be accounted for with Ccc selling those amounts and be on course to sell all within 6 months. I aint saying thats happened but its been an horrendous week for sells.

If Ccc were to divest say with 6 months left they would need to be selling about 900k shares a day continually for 6 months, up-to now they haven't sold any accordingly to Zorbas and the latest holdings info, obv they could sell them all in one go which we dont know if Minex did or not, as we havnt seen the register.

117m shares, 6 months 22 working days avg per month = 132 working days
Ccc could of sold at higher prices in the past, but they are waiting for something else clearly, this I dont know what can only assume a price in the multiple of today and probably the floor like us all.
Only guess work above and AIMO also the license for me is the stumbling block after that we may know more

so Ccc have about 117 milltion shares in URU
John boy has about 39 million so depends if you want to include those as well so would be about 155m+ all together
So URU need a lic in next 2 weeks, Ccc need to divest they have about 9 moths left to do so - so if that want to go at profit then they would need something major to happen here in the next 6 months say!

So why would Ccc if they no longer own owt and bought out by Mmen give Mmen £23mill based on 117m shares X 0.20p a div from URU investment if it sells, ( they want to be a cannabis company themselves ) if it doesn’t sell within the next 9 months ( timeline for Ccc to deinvest ) they won’t be getting nowt like ( 0.20 used as an example not saying that’s the div just plucked out of thin air ) surely would be other way round wouldn’t it Ccc to buy out Mmen although doubt they can afford it? I don’t understand what would happen with those returns as Ccc would be a non entity if Mmen buy out Ccc. I get what your saying surely Mmen want those stores back and everything under them, makes perfect business sense, website near identical etc, then this 1bill valuation might make more sense.
