Hi JJ thanks for relighting this board seems alot of us have felt no need to comment this week thanks to Zorbas..Agree needs to turn around sometime, I also agree with Diggit Ive come to just live with it now and awaiting the outcome whatever that will be, also if this is still this low come end of Q1 next year which it probably will be I shall probably top up to get my avg down. the amount of times Ive heard "shortly" or "soon" from a board of directors on AMI I take it with a mine full of salt "shortly" or "soon" is the same as how long is a piece of string, also a company like Ruyi who are a multi billion pound company who cant wire a few million within minutes is beyond me, god knows what the delay is. UMH could well be, but again I cannot work out if Ccc have 6 months left surely there exit price would need to be somewhere towards 4.5, and how does Zorbas turn this around to somewhere in the region to those figures in 6 months, does he believe he if gets a JV with URU that the price will shoot to 4.5? If there is a 6 month target for this would make sense UMH sticking around but suppose Minex never did so each to their own. Been saying this for last two years but this time next year I dont want to be talking about this share nor John Zorbas again lol, but with him wanting a license for another 2-3 years appears we will still be having the same conversation next year ( minus Ccc of course if they do actually sell up ) - Ah yes King correct can only be renewed once.

Hi Wia, well as he gave us no clue in that RNS to who applied or under what name renewed then can only assume its still as it was, but it would make sense for it to now be under URU Metals, but we know how Zorbas loves us to do the guess work for him. ATB

Dont worry King I still dont get it even if Captor and John Zorbas are combined stil doesn't equate but my maths are rubbish so dont think I will ever get it haha.

Howdy King, yeah agree re Ccc they will want a pay day so that JV or acc needs to happen in the next 6 months then otherwise they will miss their divest target but Zorbas is applying for a 2 to 3 year license, why do they need if for that long surely another year would of done, so now must mean the plans would be for take to production under a JV, and also using MRS as if out out acc of URU then the licesne would then need to be transferred or purchased again under a new owner but Zorbas has request 2-3 years hence my thoughts now. - but hefty amounts are being sold so I believe that must be a major, but we wont know now til next financials so Apr time or summat =summat as they will no doubt be late again haha.

Morning all, so I have read the RNS and also some comments.
Agree could of been sorted months ago, our forcement may of helped which actually coming out with something regarding it, also agree seems to me another delay tatic, it says "indication" so thats no guarantee and both parties still need to "sign" it, still dont know whos offloading the shares could well be Captor and now they have can be more aggressive in doing so again but still only have about 6 months left ish to sell them all, this license is maybe extended for 2-3 years so appears with have to put up with Zorbas for ages yet, still dont get why Captor is its them would want to sell and why they would do it within 12 months surely they want a pay day on the investment like us...
Still awaiting email replies from 4 contacts Nomad, Gavin, PA, and AimReg - one of the Q was the license so suppose that Q has been answered in a fashion.
Placing I doubt it Zorbas had opportunity to buy in below 0.40 on open market which hes not done, consolidation tho more likely.
King appears you were right tho delay due to office, and also me saying he will use that as an excuse, I wonder when they actually submitted this application as they have had donkeys to get it through and extended.
