These polls are fickle - every day I hear a different story about this party gaining and that one losing.
One thing is certain though - the ANC will win the 2019 elections. With he dynamics in SA the way they are right now, it will take a specific half of the countries population to not vote for the result to even stand a chance of being altered.
It's neither bad nor good at this stage with Ramaphosa at the helm. We hope he pushes in the right direction.
If you want to start dreaming - dream of an SA where the Democratic Alliance is the main party!
The Western Cape is DA run and apart from the departments that are Nationally run under the ANC (like roads and Water), it is a dream.
The Provincial government under the DA is even running a switch and save PV-battery storage campaign to get end users to install solar,
Lindon, where did you take that from?

The power utility posted a clarification on Twitter in which it said the misunderstanding stemmed from a question raised during the briefing when a question was raised about "what will happen beyond stage 4 load shedding?"
The response was that there were "contingencies in place to ensure the stability and integrity of the power system" should the need arise to implement harsher power cuts.
"The response was certainly not meant to indicate that Eskom is formally planning to implement stages 5 or beyond - but merely to indicate that the necessary contingency planning is in place," the utility's tweet said.

SOTRR - interactive investor will allow you to trade international markets with, I believe, all the benefits of a UK account.
If you want to go a step further Internaxx - underwritten by ii - will give you a Luxemborg based account. Fees are high though.
