Did you use any fundamental figures to calculate the T/O price? Because there are none. LOL

First of all, a T/O target must have a commercial income to calculate the value of the company and the you can guesstimate the premium offered by any hostiles.

The reason I am asking is because QFI has a technology which could become part of Valkor/Tomco/Greenfield/Petroteq venture and we have a dedicated thread just to that, plus very knowledgeable members and sharp moderators.

I normally post on the Forum but now that is closed until Tue. I post this here.

In a post on the forum I explained why I think MSC is the most likely shipper for the LONO and I'll continue my theory with that.
JM & MK appeared super-confident that there will be pen on paper this year. Why?
For a couple of reasons:
1. MSC is based in Switzerland and end of financial year is 31st of Dec. so they may want to have this locked in before the end of this financial year. This might explain the super-confidence of our BoD's.
2. Brexit. (Deal or No Deal). MSC is in EU and QFI in UK, so depending of the Brexit outcome they might have two different contracts to cover both scenarios and now waiting for the last minute to see which one to use. Now that the Brexit deal is done we know where we stand and can proceed with the correct contract. This might explain the delay and no explanation from BoD's.

I'd day we still have a chance to get lucky this year.
