I keep telling myself that if the forthcoming update was likely to result in a catastrophic collapse of the SP it would have happened today. Obviously there's a few days to go but it'd be common knowledge in the City by now.

I'm expecting the SP to rise going forward. Kiss of death.

I'm trying to see the significance, if any of announcing this news on a Friday if its not already been mentioned. Its bound to be in the papers over the Weekend so people can chew it over. Maybe would have been better on a Monday ? Perhaps I'm being over cynical ?

I get the feeling the SP would benefit from having nobody in charge at the moment.

So wiping billions from the SP without any apparent reason or response from those in charge is routine ? Could she not offer some sort of support ? Buy some ? Get out a bit more and put ITV in the limelight ? Tell those who count how well the business is doing under her stewardship ? Nope, none of those things and I'll guarantee she'll be like a puppy sitting next to a pile of poo on the announcements coming up.

Top up time ? I wouldn't put another bean anywhere near this whilst that useless, clueless Dame is allegedly running ITV. The silence from her and the board over the continued slaughter of the SP says all you need to know. Disgraceful.

Any advice for those who bought in around £2.00 before this prat took over ? I've already considered walking out to sea wearing lead diving boots.

Despite all the analytical data and analysis from people on this board I just want her out simply because she's responsible for wiping billions off the SP, whilst apparently admitting she's uninterested in where the SP stands, and collecting millions in rewards for doing virtually nowt. That does it for me and probably many others.

I run my business where performance is related to staying in the job. If you don't live up to scratch I get shut. No pay related wages here. Simple.

Its similar to being on board a Dreamliner where the pilot hasn't got a clue how to fly the thing. Would you board it..? Same philosophy applies here. The boss is a dud and the board are even worse.

I feel that I have to comment here. Just what is it that Tom is saying that is not close to the truth ? Surely, surely not a single person who has invested money into this over the last 12 months let alone longer, can be pleased with the SP and that responsibility falls directly onto the CEO. The silence speaks volumes for me....totally useless and should walk.

No change here then following almost 3 weeks in the Caribbean. It is nothing short of obscene that this individual is allowed to continue in her role as CEO and be rewarded an equally obscene amount of money for crashing the SP.

I fully agree with Tom, there has to be some sort of skulduggery going on.
