I'm back to max quota here, not at 190 unfortunately, and having lost almost £3k on a punt with OCADO - which is up even more bigly today darn it, but never mind, I'm back.

Just think of where we were this time last year, hovering aound the 70 something range.

Yes, coming round to the notion of LTH, just leave and never mind the daily numbers. Have to say though the occasional flipping of nice profits is still hard to resist - which has been the case with RR recently. I will certainly buy OCADO again at 550 say - in the expectation of better trading results soon.. oh and more takeover rumour spikes please! In the meantime, the shorters have been having something of a field day. Good luck all.

Thanks Boyobatch, not too ahead obviously. Looking at OCADO trajectory (now) over the past nine years, interesting to see how relatively well the price held up; through the opening months of the pandemic, and even the latest war in Eastern Europe. Coincidence I'm sure, that our old friend JP Morgan, was putting the word out of a downgrade 20th June, just two days before the Amazon takeover spike. Re-entry at 500 say you?

Started selling last week after losing almost £3k . Would be looking at over £7k loss if I hadn't.. we all make mistakes.

Question is how soon this finds its floor to get back in. No respite in the drop so far, and quite a little shake down going on, that hopefully starts to make a profit at some point. Say when.

Annoying to see the nice proftits sliding, but on the other hand a 190 re-entry to get up to full quota is good.

Slow and steady here at any rate... could be worse. Couldn't ignore a re-entry point of 145 or less - hit a few times since late Feb - when I sold up at around 147. Still holding over half again but frankly balk at buying any more at over 190 for now. As for SMR ever getting the the green light, makes you wonder why the alternative nuclear fusion line was being put out again yesterday.

Though I sold over 50k of my 100 holding just before this (latest) uptick darn it! then don't ask why, bought some OCDO duds - by the looks of its finish. Can't win 'em all, but heck still very pleased after the long long journey in the red. Onwards and upwards RR.

Keep it up RR! couldn't wish for better (well you could I suppose) but strongly indicates the opening price yesterday was a shake down.

I dipped a toe in OCDO with 5066 shares today just before close 16.24. Haven't owned any in quite a while so not up to speed at all here. Excuse my ignorance then, a bid, as in takeover you're saying?

Thanks Millcottage, and think I read elsewhere that the customer deal was in India? Could be wrong - and just reading into the attached Eden company issued docs, the offer and the publication (directly or indirectly) of the announcement, is restricted to the UK. Interesting, we shall see..

No, not RR chaps! Just posted this message on the EDEN forum and don't pay any attention to me in future...

How embarrassing! I mentioned this share as a potential "huge winner" on the RR chat forum just this morning. Bought 6,956 shares on 15th June @ 07.188. Was up 50% a week or so later - and wouldn't you know just seen an email from my HL trading account timed 17.45 advising Eden looking to raise £9.5 million share issue @ 6.5 pence on 2nd Aug. I'm sure nobody was paying any attention though. It closed green today @ 7.25 - presumably before the announcement?

Off topic, not ramping at all, but I've been told about the "huge potential" (famous last words I know) of following stocks: EDEN, RBW - so bought a grand's worth of each as a small punt - what the heck - also a company called CRT Marine Systems, which I thinks is listed on the Pairis Exchange, which I don't do. But do your own research etc. I thank you.

Well I sold 54,262 shares of my RR holding yesterday morning @ 189.153 via my ISA trading account and banked a nice profit. Probably regret it by 11 am today but won't sulk at all, no point.
