Australia’s federal government gave ‘major project status’ to Australian Vanadium’s (ASX: AVL) namesake project located in the Murchison province and it also provided the Perth-based company with a A$74-million loan through the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility.

Funny stuff.
Q had a key man insurance policy. He died, all the debts got paid plus a million to the company. One day, going over the books, I told him the best thing he could do would be to drop dead. He took off his glasses. Looked at me and ssid - numpty, I drink a bottle of whiskey a day and smoke 40 Bensons. I'm doing the best I can.

Is that the same guy who was also a sex addict. Someone asked him if he was afraid of heart failure and his reply was "No,.....if they die they die".

Lee Cooperman is one of Largo's biggest investors and he is always granted lots of time to ask questions at the CCs. One year ago Largo stock actually increased 50% while he was telling the audience that he considered Largo a great investment and he certainly put his money where his mouth was. In to-days transcript he offers 3 questions starting on Page 6 and is given lots of time.
Here's the video from one year ago. Watch the stock actually increase while he is talking.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah the power of money.

Hi bassguy,
@bassguy, you didn't really miss much, in fact, I think I nodded off halfway through it. LOL. They used up half the CC talking about the Q2 financials, which were released yesterday. Glencore was discussed quite a bit regarding the remeasurement of trades payable which nobody appears to really understand. Largo had to pay Glencore something in the region of CAD 100m through Q1 and Q2, and they can't wait until the offtake agreement ends in May 2020. Largo have their own sales team ready to go, and they are getting numerous enquires about future offtake agreements for their Vanadium. Q&A was a waste of time. Nothing really new. Terry discussed the usual V supply/demand numbers but didn't say much about where he thought the price of V would be between now and year-end. The last time he discussed vanadium he was all gung-ho about the price going up, and since it didn't really happen I got the impression that he didn't want to come across as being too enthusiastic. The CC replay will be available on their website tomorrow.

Yes Faramog I am certainly getting "twitchy" but have no intention of selling any of my shares. I have been invested in BMN since Nov 2018, and my investment is down approx. 50%. I reside in Canada so the $240 commissions (x3 = $720) and the weak pound have contributed to keeping me well underwater. Am I complaining? Not at all, in fact after listening to the recent Fortune & Mikhail interview (which was brilliant) I find myself twitching with excitement going forward. The interview convinced me to buy more BMN shares. I am presently holding only 30,000 shares and will pick up another 20,000 on Monday, and the weak pound will help. This will be a huge investment for me but I won't have any trouble sleeping.
