Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
According to this little clip from this morning on a Bloomberg TV report, we don't stand a chance with the VRFB. Among other BS statements, we are 7 years behind their technology. LOL.

While Eskom and Nersa faced off in court, several dozen workers from two of the utility’s largest unions – NUM and NUMSA – picketed Eskom’s Megawatt Park headquarters to protest government plans to split Eskom.
The unions submitted a memorandum with demands to new Chief Executive Andre de Ruyter, who took up his post this month.
The memorandum demanded that the plan to split Eskom into different units for generation, transmission and distribution be halted. It also called for Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan and Eskom’s entire board to be removed for their handling of the country’s power crisis.
I have not had a drink in 10 years but if/when we are awarded a portion of the BESS tender and the Enerox deal is finalized I may celebrate and have a few shots of Canadian Club Whisky. Being a bit of an introvert my wife of 52 years will confirm that a couple of drinks used to loosen me up a bit, and I'll be 79 in a couple of months so having a few drinks now and then should keep nice and loose, and hopefully a lot richer for a few more years.
I used to drink quite a bit in the 70s and 80s but if I start drinking again I won't care what the temperature is. LOL.
I know.........I should leave the jokes to Numpty.

Thanks again for all the info.
Just a quick comment.
I first invested in Bushveld over 1 year ago. Averaged in @ 0.33 approx.
I thought I knew quite a bit about Vanadium and Energy Storage until I started reading this BB. I soon realized that I don't really know that much at all. LOL
Thanks for all the great work guys/gals. Compared to some of the Canadian/ USA BBs I follow this is the cream of the crop, and being an ex-pat from Manchester I really appreciate the humour which is thrown in from time to time.

The switchgear purchase is a good example of Cellcube once again putting the cart before the horse. They had originally (2017 approx.) planned on becoming the only vanadium producer in the USA, so they went ahead with a drilling program at its Bisoni McKay / Bisoni-Rio vanadium project in Nevada . In April 2018 V2O5 was selling for $15/lb and by Dec of that year (as we all know) it reached $39/lb so they probably would have had no problem with financing. (approx. $500m) That was when they put on the rose coloured glasses.
They acquired Gildermeister.

Then they wanted to start producing electrolyte.

and then the switchgear which in my opinion was one of their dumbest moves.
and it went on and on until the price of vanadium started dropping and it was all downhill from there.
To answer your question alfa.........yes they didn't know what they were doing.
But BE does.
My grammar aint so good ..................but grandad is doing fine.
Sorry about that.

Thanks, alfa,
I have been following Cellcube since the early Stina days and bought shares after they acquired Gildermeister. Been in and out over the years and finally gave up a while back as I felt they were moving too fast. They had all the right ideas but hardly any revenue. Bushveld Energy will show them how it should have been done.
@VauxhallViva.
yes, Largo is up almost 20% since Dec 9th. Like Bushveld the stock is considered to be way undervalued. I'm in on both. and down 50% on each. I'm not worried, just waiting for the tax selling to end. Also, Largo should do very well when the Glencore contract expires in May 2020. They have paid Glencore a ton of money because of remeasurement, and nobody seems to understand how it works. I don't think the Largo management really understands how it is calculated even though they pay up at the end of each quarter and they took the biggest hit in Q1 2019 and it was totally unexpected.

In addition to your great posts on the Cellcube acquisition.
The following is also of interest:
"Hive Energy has entered into a consortium with battery storage firms CellCube and Immersa to joint build grid-scale solar-plus-storage projects using CellCube’s vanadium redox flow batteries, with a maiden project already in the works".
https://www.solarpowerportal.co.uk/news/hive_energy_backs_long_duration_storage_with_immersa_cellcube_partnership
I am also interested in the consortium of investors for the acquisition of Cellcube.
Bill Gates and Bezos etc. have invested in the flow battery technology with ESS and am wondering if they have also thrown a few pounds towards the Cellcube acquisition. Could Largo also be involved? they certainly have loads of cash.

Just wondering how this was coming along.
Apologize if previously posted.

US market is trading.

Hi daisydog,
They changed their name from Stina to Cellcube after acquiring Battery Manufacturer Gildermeister which had gone bankrupt in late 2017. They paid USD 6.4m for the Company and I believe the deal was finalized in May 2018.
https://www.eenewspower.com/news/austrian-vanadium-flow-battery-technology-new-ownership#
After that purchase vanadium prices started to increase and eventually went through the roof in November 2019 which made it impossible to compete with the Lithium battery.
I believe the Gildermeister battery is proven and the Company boasts over 100 installations throughout the world, but IMO CellCube's ambitions were bigger than their pocketbook and they had little or no income. Instead of concentrating on selling VRFBs they acquired a Switchgear Company which is kinda like putting the cart before the horse.
The Press Releases tell the story and you can judge for yourself. GL.
