Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
TheOldBee, I would advise you ignore the daily ups and downs and games played by MM's. Buy and hold. If SNG001 works then the price will go through the roof whatever games are played. Just concentrate on the fundamentals and accept that until we get news the price will go up and down like a you know what's draws.
Flodymagic I couldn't agree more. We were lucky in that this virus happen to suit the drug we had already developed and tested with success and because the drug works with the lungs own immune system we are sort of backing a proven winner here. I general back shares that I'm comfortable will deliver 20% return per annum. This company is in another league.
Gilead have now issued a bit of a rebuttal basically saying the data is inconclusive at this stage, either way its a bit of a mess for them and doesn't look great. I think this situation demonstrates why our boards tightlipped policy and the rigorous nature of their trial is absolutely the right approach.
The fundamentals of this business cannot have been much stronger. The number of active customers have doubled, the volatility in the market place is continuing at very high levels and many Plus500 punters are at home with nothing to do but bet on the oil price movements. I wouldn't be surprised if at the end of this quarter if cash balances were close to 50% of the current Market Capital. A very compelling investment case.
I can see any reason why he may have left, maybe he had a fall out with one of the founder shareholders, maybe he just wants to do something new. I did not realise he had only 81,920 shares and a quarter of that he has bought this year.
When I bought some of these only a few weeks ago for less than £10 I thought it might be about a year before we hit £14. I wonder whether todays big rise on the back of an already steady rise is the result of any new knowledge hitting the market place. In any case I'm marking the occasion with a bit of Gordons mixed with Fevertree Elderflower tonic and it is very nice.
Yes its a quiet board for such a successful company, the recent hiccup with Jumpshot aside. When the Covid-19 started to impact I reviewed my portfolio and put this in the category of "hold and buy more if it falls too much". This I did and today's RNS confirms that this was the right course of action as from a value creation point of view its actually probably going to be a positive as the trend of more people working from home accelerates. In terms of share price growth I'm expecting 20% a year on average for the next 5 years. It won't be a straight line but it would be boring if it was.
So far all we have had is Turnover, cash at bank and an expectation that earnings will be 5% lower than 2018. We should now get much more detail and also maybe a trading update on the current year which would be of most interest.
Hi ahha, I loved self-professed experts like you. At 13:01 you passionately warn markets “will definitely only get cheaper in the coming months as economic conditions deteriorate” and then a couple of hours later “Of course, it is more than possible that shares will continue to rise up to the November election”. Well I guess you are now covered. We are very lucky to get your wise opinions.
ahha you are hilarious. You really have a lot of confidence in yourself and your ability to call the market. At £9 you said it would might go to £3.80. Instead it shot up. What credibility do you think you have? Mate, if you are so successful why bother deramping shares you have no interest in?
Latest RNS shows Lindsell Train have just acquired 5%. Nick Train is no mug. I think his buying has supported the recent price rise. I don't now expect much if any price growth in the short term but as a long term investment I think this is a pretty good bet.
