Samples in line with what was needed for completion of the offtake agreement, final documentation being prepared. Now there is NOTHING standing in the way of the deal being agreed, then it's just a case of licences being granted. Massive News.

The spread here is a joke, it just puts anybody off trading, and I don't really see how that's in MMs interests, just ruins any momentum or news opportunities by scaring off 60% of the buyers

I think there's just an expectation for constant newsflow and quicker, but these things take a little time. In Q1 we should be 500% north of the current share price, once the ore is being shippped. And all this 3p 4p malarky will be a thing of the past. e should be at 10p already

It's unlikely to be Vila Nove Kokonut as that's being advanced by JZR Gold and it's partner Eco Mining not Tupi.

It's normal for the AUM to be valued by a purchaser at around 2 - 4%, WHI AUM is 1bn, current offer only 1.5%.

That also does not factor in any other value in the company such as £3m in cash, brand equity, valuable employees to merger

Deal seems a no brainer, and would not be surprised to see other bidders entering the race over the coming weeks

Current share price is almost 50% cheaper than the muted takeover offer at the current share price of Team PLC. Today they are trading at 28.70 and the share split was detailed as 0.195 so 5.5965p at todays price.

You need to factor in:

Team PLC share price in an upward trend, value of takeover could be 8p by the time it goes through

Shareholder voted against last deal at 96% as the last deal valued the company at around 20% of this deal.

Major shareholders were loading up at 1 - 1.5p

The price detailed in the RNS is very specific, this is not a number that has been plucked from thin air

Larger shareholders were loading up at just over 1p so must be a master plan, maybe it is this? Maybe it is a better offer? Maybe a turnaround? Either way cant see them throwing cash at it for nothing after voting down a delisting

Not sure I agree it's the same 600k revenue in H1 2025 is pretty tragic, you did very well here, but the price here of 0.5 when they had millions in the bank and 1bn AUM is a much better proposition, the valuation here then was insane. Good luck with it, if it drops to 0.1 I might take a closer look, as I appreciate just a little volume could get it moving. And I guess even with their cash burn the current mcap valuation there is pretty silly.
