My money is on Anglo American Plc, 108 years established and headquartered in London.

Already ships iron ore from its operations in Brazil (Minas-Rio) to customers globally, primarily in China.

Financing process is continuing in line with expectations, and the Company is now progressing the associated commercial documentation.

'Continuing' and 'progressing' are not words I would use from a standing start. More like commencing, starting, initiating.

If both BODs were not intelligent enough to start drafting the commercial paperwork months ago, on the basis of the assay results being as suspected. If they started once received I would have doubts about their commercial intelligence.

If I was on the sidelines I would be frustrated if I thought it was 4 weeks away and it dropped monday, but I guess the best thing for anybody to do is get in today as it's unlikely to get any cheaper. So I think realistic timelines for people waiting for funds to take a bit are important. All speculation of course, but that's what investing is right? Speculating on company performance.

My expectations are within 1 week, worst-case scenario 2. But I believe within a week. End of year is too late for the plans they have, IMO it has to be finalised by the end of this month or face delays to the original timelines they set out.

The largest parts of the OTA would have been thrashed out months ago before it was even RNS'd. I'll make an assumption this isn't the first OTE the offtaker has agreed in the past, so likely have a blueprint for an agreement that just needs adjustments. Always a bit of back and forth with these things but if there's an urgency rocket up a solicitors arse you will be amazed what can be done quickly. Multi million pound football transfers get done in 24 hours, you're telling me they cant do this in a week with a head start?

And I would add commercial documentation gets done as quickly as both parties want it done, if they want to pressure legal to do it quicker they will and can. A lot of the delays with legal documentation come down the fact people are not in a rush, but if you pay enough and there's will from both sides it can get done more quickly.

I totally disagree as if they really thought the assay results were good, they would have started the process weeks ago. Not only that, but if they are expecting the timelines to go as planned in terms of Q1 there can't be a delay in this part of the process. Until it's done and signed, everything else is on hold'and there's a lot stil to do.

I would agree longer is possible, but I would say it's going to be finalised within the next 2 weeks absolute max
