You have to wonder if Weardale was part of the deal i.e they want in, and all of this is linked to funding the project somehow. Sometimes non listed companies have to list to help drive value for the shareholders in a sale, and theyve seen an opportunity to both list and it be a success through access to a key UK project. I would not be surprised to see Weardale list later, with a large cash injection from MAC for a bigger slice.

They all want it, the discussions are just about the tax metrics. If they can agree that and the project remain viable its good news, glenfarne of course will play it hard as we're talking profitability and risk. With Hormuz being a futute dud and the Iranian governement steadfast, the viability here is massovely derisked.

Easy to forget the only sellers at this level are people flipping from the lows for 10 - 50% OR people in from IPO and after taking significant losses. Once the distressed sellers go, this will rocket as most people with sense won't take a 50% - 70% hit. People talk about 18p but once 16p breaks I see 20p quickly, no way this stops at 18p.

Ref the pipeline it's clear to me everybody wants it, the only thing standing in the way is the tax set up, and the inter-government tit for tat. If 70% of Alaskans in favour IT WILL HAPPEN. It's suicide for any party to stand in its way should there be major gas shortages in one of the coldest places to live.

For a 10 year project, any delays are a drop in the ocean. This will get signed off, and this is why people are taking positions in the smallest and most undervalued player. Only the one company in this deal has the potential to 10 bag, and the big players know it. Risk is mainly removed here, and downside from anything sub 50p is limited in the long term.
