Hi silentalker /ohs
I do not think water emissions are now being considered now for this EP what is your thoughts ?
"Schedule 5 Notice dated 29/07/20 (Sch5-2 – Q4 – water emissions impact assessment)
We note the previous correspondence in this matter, and thank you for your cooperation on
this part of the determination. We hereby agree that, the proposed review of the discharges
as required under the Water Framework Directive and specified in the Regulation 61 Notice
dated 09/05/18 will be separated from the current substantial permit variation application and
considered separately in due course. This is based on the information provided in your
permit application that the nature of the discharges from W1a, W1b and W2 would not
change as a result of the proposed variations.
This will allow us to undertake a comprehensive review of the nature of these discharges,
including matters raised in the Regulation 61 notices, and additional questions which have
arisen during the permit variation determination. It will allow you to undertake further
investigation and monitoring of the discharges. I intend to make contact with your team
within the first three months 2021, to provide detail on all of the questions for this review.
The process itself and questions will be formalised in due course. The review and its
outcome may constitute a further variation to the permit, and would in that case incur a
further permitting charge."
