Hi Mr T it’s not an appeal but an application for a solution for storing energy in an area of high production of green energy curtailment has so far been a major problem and as stated earlier grid connection is sorted unlike so many other projects . Regarding timelines who knows ?

Will it be a milestone IMHO yes it will be I have no doubt the Mey BESS will be used for other forms of green energy initially .

I am looking forward to hearing about the next phase of BESS at Uskmouth which has full planning consent.

Evening MT it is a usual practice at an AGM it gives the directors the right for 12 months to offer a fundraise to anyone .

Not being passed means they have to offer any fundraise to existing shareholders 1st .

It does not mean they are going to have one and considering the companies current financial status they do not need one .

Good news for shareholders if at a latter stage and higher SP the company does a fundraise existing shareholders will be offered them 1st.

Considering some shareholders bought in at a far higher SP surely it is only fair ?
