Difference between "would have had to" and "have". You're implying people follow the code lol. This is AIM donchaknow
TDT - put simply, it's just a monumental fcuk up and no-ne has checked it or joined the dots. Can't have been done deliberately can it? LoD styleee?
DJ - on the contrary, I have just got signed off a £3m loan with a Balance Sheet of only £5m. Banks are NOT using covid as an excuse not to lend, that is a fact. Banks do not need liqudity (they have loads) and NEED to lend. This is also a FACT. Rates are rising and most loans are done at BASE PLUS, which will give banks margin forever. CAPS deliberate -;)
Nice one bwana! I’m not really frustrated with the placing as it was inevitable, pricing aside. I’m just more balanced with my outlook than some ;-. You’re one of the good guys though. It will come but some of the figures and timings being bandied about are the stuff of Grimm (mixing my literature metaphors I know). Good news Re V I see today and they are ramping up activity quicker than most expected here
To be fair, that listing and the strap line above it is utter garbage. They’re not institutional shareholders for the most part, they are nominees.
Agreed - I bought some more this morning at a tad under 4p - great investment considering I was buying nearly 3 years ago at 9p. Current average after this morning still slightly above 3p, but now buying through the ISA to avoid the inevitable tax
Thanks so much for your wonderful insight. You can now do one you utter cretin
And Osaka you were right about timing
Yes pal. Given the news I’m feeling very fruity! May avail myself of some grapes later as well. Pinot noir variety of course
Yay! Woo! Wow! Rockets. Bananas. Clementines. Great news
Ok Dan “new to the game” who has previously picked up tips from other LSE boards. Great place to do your research from a load of puffed up sycophants, although bwana seems ok. What advice did you get from the other boards? “Go to ACP” was it?
That’s not paid for either is it? Happy days. Not long now pal
Like poker innit. No one wants to show
Aim. I’ll snag that as a bite. Agree it’s harsh on HZM but the “promises” have been made post COVID mate. Quite funny watching the message boards since the raise! Think wasa and the other resident ramper have gone elsewhere (one of them here I see) to spread their risk which is absolutely the right thing. Eggs and baskets
Interesting to hear views on what? Is it uncertainty around funding/investment or is this the ideal time to invest big? Some companies accelerate activity in troubled times. COVID is just an excuse for board inadequacy and being risk averse. HZM has fcuked up royally and to blame COVID is not the answer. ACP are a much better bet. Low capex, high IRR. What’s not to like
Ooo lovely. All of £32 million
Yep. Proof it’s being run soundly and not raising cash to pay for opex (inc directors’ remuneration)
As long as the lefties don't fcuk about!!!
It wasn’t a high street store. If it was I suspect it would have stayed. It was a town centre store which was derelict and now being rejuvenated
Agreed. One less mouth to feed
