Finally some realism settling in from the messageboard elite. I've been saying this intermittently for months now. I always go back to why Vale offloaded. Yes price of nickel but also capex was massive even before COVID! It's a huge ask to build a mine and at a whopping cosy of half a BILLION almost. Think people got overexcited and carried away with the ride up to 9p, nearly 10p. Don't get me wrong, I'm in at 3.8p average and haven't sold any in the run up but certainly 20p is a target that will be hit, but just not until that finance is concluded, irrespective of getting ahead of the capex. Fingers crossed
Could be some big PI disappearing after the summer from what I read tonight. Come a long way from the 20p, 30p and 50p predictions some were peddling before Christmas. Pure fantasy. Always was. Got to hold at least two more years to see that kind of dough
The thing is the news has been “close” since October hence the price drifting not just down to the big seller. The Chinese are beginning to sort the nickel market for themselves and you can bet your bottom dollar that they have got cobalt as well. I’m ambivalent as still average 3p ish but if it drops further in the next 3 months without news, I’m out
13 October 2020. Everything was imminent. Feel like we’ve been cuckolded by Prince Andrew. Shafted royally. Lol
I would love it Kevin keegan style if I was proved right. Imminent my Aris. Dan Betts Matt bull ****e queen Buckingham palace. All that. Project economics. Blah blah. High IRR. Low capex. Hope I’m wrong though lol
Is this the seller? Yes, yes it is. Only 4% more to go then lift off
I've just stuck another £500 worth in for a punt. I've given up hoping for life changing, so now I'm just expecting a whopping good meal out
Hi mate! here for the long haul especially after conversing with Osaka. Keep the faith
I like the statement “better balance between EU and external”. Means fcuk the Chinese and Aussies and Brazilians
You’re still around then InB! Fair play. Been a long time this one
Define “near future”. License > Funding > Build > Extract. A long way off. My near future is 3 months and we will only get the license then. Funding probably follow very soon after
But this doesn’t produce? So your investment strategy a bit flawed wouldn’t you say
There simply has to be a special dividend. S2 surplus is ridiculous and not an effective nor efficient use of capital. 20% to return. £2.6b anyone?
Despite and against better judgement I’ve topped up today as it fell below the 4p. Been a critic of Matt (even spelling his name Dan Betts) at one point as he’s just another spiv in a shiny suit. However that doesn’t stop the fundamentals on this. Bring on the “imminent” (now nearly 6 months) news LOL
Not negative just realistic. Just think any value created by NASDAQ will be offset by the increase in the number of shares less the cash they get for them obviously. And no, I’m in already and don’t want any more - I’m already at two bags
The Board is therefore seeking approval at the General Meeting to issue new shares on a non-pre-emptive basis for up to 40 per cent. of the Company's Enlarged Issued Share Capital (following Completion). The Board will update Shareholders as appropriate regarding any future funding proposals. It remains of the opinion that the NASDAQ Listing will provide access to specialist healthcare investors in the US.
Sorry. Issuance of up to 40% new shares
Wow! A lot to take in but up to 40% dilution probably by Q3. Probably will keep the price where it is now as it’s 50% undervalue. 2022 is going to be an epic year. So much detail and nothing really to get upset about
Another step, and another step. Ad infinitum
Be nice to see what’s in progress and what still needs to be done rather than the broad terms “licence” and “financing” is what I’m getting at. It’s not a trade secret
