Maybe they are shorting it Toffee? I'm just pointing out that the delay in the publication of the accounts COULD be a going concern issue as someone else pointed out these results are historical and not really difficult to produce? Might be the audit evidence needed to justify GC? I bought in at 0.3 so I need it not to be an issue btw. And I haven't shorted it.
When is the AGM? And also why are they holding a GM? I know that the directors can approve the accounts outside of a shareholders meeting but would be a little naive not to hold that at a time very soon after they are signed
Have we had the GM? Do the warrants expire if the meeting doesn’t take place before 31/12? Maybe that’s the cause of the delay?
which is expected to be on or around 12 October 2022. The warrants are unlisted and non-transferable and can only be exercised once additional authority to issue the associated Ordinary Shares has been approved by Shareholders at the next General Meeting, which will take place no later than 31 December 2022.

Yes Bwana! Although mine is already on ;-)
Erm Wild Tiger?
If there was news due and it was positive, this would rise 100% in a few hours
Would still be CAPEX wasa whether it’s funded from cash flow or not
ATD - just a point from your Saturday evening post - it's more of a no brainer for the government to support as they get 16% of REVENUE, not just profit as you put in your post old bean. There is not a cat's chance in hell that this isn't getting financed and built - and hopefully by ACP!
Not sure you should be invested here HeMan if you don't know what we do. Just a thought mate
Auto trades
Looks like it as my Halifax account is doing NT - I'll check Barclays
They're just doing their DD. These things normally run on particularly in an exclusive period. Not expecting news either positive or negative today. DD takes an age and if something has cropped up then they will be negotiating (or re) the HoT
There's been 5 trades
Yes Tony! What do you call a man with no shins?
Or just getting to it's natural pre decision/process value?
To be fair, your comment around the mining license area and the disappearance is a good one, plus the omission of the new license. I wonder whether the FCA ought to be informed as I think it's material information that investors should be told about. Apart from that I still disagree with every post that I see but you crack on
