Erm sorry, but this "independent" review panel. Did it consist of company directors? Any review like this is never truly independent. Anyway the process would normally be that the Executive propose a policy, RemCo kick the tyres, make their points, adjusted slightly = BoD approval. Like any negotiations you start high and settle where others think the middle ground is. Happy to help your understanding of RemCo/Company process. Ben

I think that the BoD will amend the RemPol to make more of a focus on Portugal (50/25/25) so they'll end up getting more than probably initially entitled. Can't see any institutional shareholders could stop a change nor enough PIs. Unfortunately it looks like this is going to be a much slower burn than anticipated. But I will buy my £500 more at the end of the month and keep hoping....
