So big power (eneo) was going to be up and running short to medium term 3-6 months, is that correct that now we are talking up to 2 years away.?

It looks like it was more positive than many thought it was going to be, and I guess the Bod's must do that to bring in the extra cash investment we might need in any share placement / offer.
Although I will not be putting any more money in I would rather see some dilution if it has to happen than vog go bust like many others, at least long term we might still see some light at the end of the tunnel in a few years time.

Do Foo spill some beans about things we didn't know?

Well vog have wasted no time in putting out the rns saying there was support at the meeting by a number of institution
and all points were passed as expected, but it doesn't say anything about what went on.
Be interesting if / when we get some feedback from our guys at the meeting.

Another new low this week 27.45, down some what from the 60p consolidation price. So where does this now go, all depends on what new contracts we get

Well Foo did say eneo have last week been given a new 10 year extended licence from the Cam gov, but it didn't they would get paid for the electrc. However K Foo did say he was almost certain vog would get a new contract for gas.
Who knows what will happen and when.

Thanks for your comments, I think this association can really give us some wings. Unfortunately can’t give too much more detail as we are still in final planning stage with them. I hope we can announce more in July some time.

It’s always great to see us making some progress on CNG which has been needed for such a long time.

I wonder if you could clarify what the deal is.

Are we (vog) taking part in the funding of the new plant?

Are we just supplying the gas for the new plant?

How long is this deal for in terms of years?

And just when would you expect us to start selling gas to the plant.

I guess K Foo has just released this for the AGM ,but why are there so many holes in the information again.
Surely all these questions should be in the rns, but this is normal for vog.

So we are almost at the rights price of 28p, will it now go any lower following these results.

Looks like great news today with this partnership, does it say anywhere that vog will be paying for any of this and if so just how much is it going to cost us,or are we just giving / selling the gas.?

Must be on the cards but the longer it takes the harder it must be to get it sorted / agreed and the bigger it will be.
Will Foo go for an open offer or an already placed number of shares like before, I guess we will need the money to safeguard vog but who in their right mind as an institution would throw their good money into this without a lot more info than we have.?

I did the same about 1 hr ago and got almost the same reply.
But at least they will know how many others feel and want some action to be taken.

Who was that drilling company Savanha something, and what involvement was there with Foo & Co.
Just how could any company CEO just carry on paying millions of $ in-fact almost twice the price contracted to do it for what was a botched job when it not his money.
This info should come out some how.

I have also just sent the chairman an email along the same lines.
the more of us that do will just let him know the strong feelings out there.

Thanks for sharing your email reply etc, I am sure many feel the same for your trouble as there are some very strong feelings on pfd.
The trouble is that if the chairman does support GD and he stay then the bod's must make some major changes to grow / sell some of the business to improve the sp back to the 65p area soon otherwise there will be NO sharehold / city support for pfd.

To wait and get kicked out, walk out or try to sell GDC which I think will be much easier .
There must be a number of companies just waiting to pick up GDC for say £250m after all the work that vog has done,
then Foo could pay everyone a special divi of say £1 and then he can walk with his head held higher, and a little better reputation .

Oh please don't put him in charge of the Football ass. !!!
