Was it Maclaurin the former boss of Tesco who was in charge when Tesco's de-listed most / all of premiers lines a few years ago. Now to come out and support him.

It's a great shame the bod 's could have made more effort to drive the business the same way they are trying to save GD. But it goes to show what they can do if they want to.Lets hope the sp goes up after all this.

All looks wonderful, but what are the analysts going to say and what price target will they put out if they believe all this????????

If I remember correctly vog did this before about 3-4 years ago when we didn't have the cash to pay people.
I also think some suppliers want to take shares at this price to cover invoice costs when they can sell them again in a few years at double the price.It makes sense if you are a supplier and can wait, as long as vog is still in business.

Today but I am not sure what time that will happen,So will pfd be asking these institutions to up-date their price targets to save GD .
Now we all know that these analysts are meant to be impartial so it will be interesting to see what price they put out.
Now if they don't put out any new price targets or press articles then pfd have wasted their time and money .

Just come out on issue of new shares, but cannot yet open it.

Yes it's funny isn't it , the bod 's are happy to just let this tick along and take their money when their jobs are safe, but when Oasis starts to question someone's job they try to pull out all the stops to keep them in these gravy train jobs.
Also if Oasis is that concerned why don't they just buy another 10% ie 84m shares that's only about £33m to them and equal Nissin and then Nissin would have to make some sort of bid , maybe 60p- 70p.
In the meantime GD must be getting a sweat on , but anything he does must help the sp.
Just how much is pfd going to pay these institutions for coming for a vist. I just hope they give a positive report otherwise GD is toast.

Must be due soon, the final results were ending Feb , so we should soon be getting an up-date for the last 3 months, shouldn't we?

The fact is , we have been kept in the dark and never known everything that's been going on here for the last 5-8 years, and I don't expect it to change all the time Foo is in charge.

G Darby has done a great job at Premier and if he gets kicked out Oasis risk destroying significant value rather than creating it.
So GD is getting lots of support, and we could see the sp go up more if he stays.
Now that would be a good thing.

First have eneo now been paid the money they are owed by/ from the Cam /Gov.?
If that is yes, have vog now been paid all their outstanding money from eneo.?
It could be that eneo are now ready to take more gas from vog , but maybe it's vog that are NOT yet prepared to sell gas to eneo until they get a new contract that everyone agrees with, that vog will be paid by someone else other than eneo before we sign any new contract.
Still so many questions.

Looks like you have done some great detective work friend , and it looks like someone has gone to lots of trouble for us NOT to find out the real truth here.
I wonder if it's also the same money that we paid over the top for the drilling that has bought the 20% holding that no one wants to tell us about.

I think the same way, if they are that disappointed in the way pfd have been run they have had plenty of time to buy more shares but they haven't. why?

So what is Oasis going to do if/when the fail to get GD removed.
If they feel so strong about it they either have to buy another 10 -19% of pfd and force Nissin to make a takeover offer or sell up and walk away with a small loss.
They must now be thinking what shall we do !!!!

So why the big drop today, is this on fears about the tesco deal with CarrF and how they might try to screw us for better prices even though it looks like it's meant to be for international buys.

Just how many other Directors put this much money where their mouth is. Great support, and should see the sp go up.

I don't expect Oasis to win this but it will focus pfd to do much better and bring down debt and maybe sell off some parts of the business, as long as it pushes up the sp to 65p- 80p within 6 months.

Yes all looks good but this article is almost 4 weeks old now, should soon be looking at drill results and then it could be up up up

After what Foo & Dik have Said maybe it's us Vog that will not sign a new eneo contract until all sides agree that Vog will be paid from someone else other than eneo after not being paid last time. Good on them

I like many bought in here after the rns and a big drop to 88p expecting it to re-bound but hey ho it went down again so I bought in a few more at 73p.
We all know this is well over sold and there must be something going on behind closed doors to keep this down, it could also be the general high street problem that is having a knock on affect, and remember normally the general market does go down between May - September.
However like many I think this will come back so just sit tight I still think £1+ is not a problem.
